CHAPTER THREE: FIVE YEARS LATER _______________________
It has been five years since the death of Lily and James Potter, the defeat of Voldemort, and the separation of Annalise from Harry. All of these years Rodolphus kept his word on looking after Annalise. He told everyone that she was his biological daughter, she is a pure-blood and her name is Iris Lestrange and she was not the daughter of Bellatrix. There was a lot of talking behind his back because of the affair he had with a mysterious witch. Only the remaining Riddle family and Narcissa knew about the true origins of Annalise.
Serena also kept her word on taking Mattheo with Annalise, they grew up together and treated each other as a family. A bond like a brother and sister will have. At times when Serena had to take care of Draco she would also bring him along. Draco will sometimes get along with Annalise and has some small fights like any kid would but got along because of Mattheo.
Everything was going great in their lives but every happiness has to come to an end. A few Death Eaters who we released from Azkaban found out that Serena was a spy, she had to fight for her life and Mattheo's.
"Mom is everything okay?" Mattheo asked as he saw Serena walk into his room in panic.
"Yes, everything is okay Mattheo?" She said searching the room for a quill. "Are you ready?"
"Yes, I was just waiting on you. Are you sure everything is okay?"
"Yes dear I just need a quill, do you have one?" She asked him as she gave up looking.
"Yeah there here." He said taking a small box from underneath his bed taking a quill and handing it to her.
Serena began to write as quickly as possible, as there were banging noises coming from the main entrance. She feared for her life and Mattheo's but she had to write this letter as soon as possible. Once she finished she placed it inside an envelope that had a strong scent of Lavender.
"Come on let's go." Serena took Mattheo's hand as she put him inside the fireplace in his room.
"Mom, what is going on? Why are they knocking on the door so loud?" Mattheo looked at Serena as she grabbed a handful of Floo Powder, and threw the rest onto the floor mixing it up with ashes.
"We are going with the Lestrange, mommy did something but she did it to keep you safe okay?" She said looking at him, she kissed his forehead. "Lestrange Manor!" Serena shouted as she threw the powder on the floor.
With the Floo Powder, Serena and Mattheo travel to the Lestrange Manor.
"Holley where are you, I need your help," Annalise said as she searched the bedroom for her shoes.
