Your glimmering eyes
That twinkle
As you give me a toothless smile
That infectious giggle
That fills up the room
And that innocent look in you
Makes me forget
All the cynical thoughts
And beliefs I had about this world
You hug me tight
And sleep curled up by my side
Every night
