The rest of break was uneventful. We went to the beach, dinner, movies; things like that. Johnson stopped with the parties, making Liv ecstatic because her boyfriend was finally back to normal. We were all in the yard and I was bringing food out. Setting it on the table like I usually do. It was Friday, and the guys were headed away for the weekend. We decided to just stay in and chill, because they had to catch an early flight to New York. As I set the food up, Jack pulled me into his lap, which is something he has never done. My face heated up almost immediately and my eyes made their way to Johnson, who was just play fighting with Liv. I looked at Jack, who was scrolling on Instagram. His arm was around my waist and I knew he wasn't going to let go, so I fixed myself so I would be more comfortable. I grabbed my phone and went into snapchat, then I decided to mess with him. I began recording him, poking his face and touching his eyebrows. He looked up and grinned at me
"Having fun?" He asked. I nodded and pushed hair out of his face. He smiled and I laid my head on his shoulder, playing with his hand that was wrapped around my waist. He smiled and looked at me, then back at his phone.
"So what's New York for again?" I asked.
"To talk about digi, we need to see what days we leave and stuff" he said. I nodded and pulled my hoodie- well Jack's hoodie sleeves down so they covered my hands. It was late April, but still really chilly.
"Is my baby sad I'm leaving?" He asked in a baby voice.
I laughed and rolled my eyes
"Extremely" I replied. he laughed and put his phone down.
"You were recording that for snapchat weren't you?" I asked.
"Oh of course" he said. I playfully rolled my eyes and laced my fingers through his and we watched and listen to skate listen to his mixtape and argue with Marie about him leaving

We just got back from the airport and Liv and Marie won't shut up about missing them.
"Ugh I miss my boyfriend" Liv whined. I rolled my eyes and poured myself a cup of coffee. It was 4 am, and I was not up to hearing them whine
"Okay guys. I get it, you miss them. next topic. Prom dress shopping!" I clapped. they ignored me and continued to talk about how they missed them
"Fuck both of you, I'm going to bed" I said, making my way to my room

That afternoon, we went dress shopping. Liv and Marie already had dresses on hold. I on the other hand, had to find something. I put dress shopping off for a while and time was ticking. We went through what seemed like a thousand dresses. Red, greens, blues, and blushes. But still nothing. I was beginning to feel clustered
"What am I gonna do? I'm running out of time!" I groaned. The lady taking care of us began tapping her chin.
"Give me.. one second" she said, walking off to the back. I began fanning myself and she came out after what seemed like hours. She unzipped the dress bag, and revealed a dress that actually made my jaw drop.
"Thats.. amazing" I said. A grin crept into her face and I tried it on. It was red, something I was opposed to. Fitted till the end where it flowed out. the back dropped slightly and the straps rested on my shoulders.
"I really like this..." I whispered. I opened the door to show Liv and Marie and they just smiled at me
"I like it, and Jack surely will too. Take that one " Marie said. I looked over myself once more in the mirror.
"I'll take it" I said.

It was sunday, and we were waiting for the guys at the airport. Liv and Marie were basically jumping out of their socks and I just pushed my sunglasses up from falling off my nose. it was really cute honestly. They were so attached to the guys, that being away from them made them for more than two days made them antsy. I watched as they mistakenly took strangers as the guys, but realized it wasn't them and they would retract like slinkys. Then they all came out. They were all cracking up and Liv and Marie weren't even paying attention because they were too busy complaining about how they wanted them to hurry up. they were facing me, and Skate came behind me and motioned for me to shush. He grabbed Marie's waist and spun her around.
"Babeeeeee!" she squealed and when he put her down he kissed her. It was the cutest thing watching Johnson do the same with Liv. Jack and Sammy were further behind doing God knows what. I just watched as the couples caught up with each other; Feeling like a fifth wheel all over again. I began scrolling through my phone, looking through social media. I was midst liking a Justin Bieber picture, when I felt Jack's fingers lift my chin up, and bring my lips to his. I smiled into the kiss and he kissed my nose.
"Missed you baby" he said. His voice was slightly raspy; but he sounded insanely attractive. I smiled up at him.
"Missed you too" I replied.
"You guys sure have a hell of a way of showing each other that you missed one another" Skate said laughing. I blushed slightly and Jack put his arm around me. We all began walking and Jack and I walked a little behind everyone. We caught up on the little things. I filled him in on my dress and what he should wear. Mid catching up, I saw Jacks face harden. I followed his gaze to a group of guys who were all staring at us. One was biting their lip as the other was whispering something to him. They then high fived. I moved Jacks arm from my shoulders to my lower back. He looked down at me, and I winked. His cheek grew a slight pink tint, and he leaned down to kiss me. Right there in the middle of the airport, Jack Finnegan Gilinsky and I were making out. The guys soon shut up and I pulled away from Jack.
"Let's go" I said. he nodded and followed, his hand never leaving my lower back.

School started that next monday. most of the festivities were prom related. Jack had got his tux, and all of the hair and makeup appointments were set. That's what the week mostly consisted of. The following week was prom, and half of that was making sure everything was set. I honestly just can't wait for this night to come.
