*Few days later/Tami's POV*
I was making breakfast for everyone when I heard someone come down the stairs, I didn't bother look up and carried on cooking
"You're up early" the person said, Simon.
"Couldn't sleep" I said and flipped the last pancake before putting it on a plate. I turned the cooker off and grabbed the plate before turning around to see Simon stood on the opposite side of the island with orange juice in his hand, I didn't say anything and just put the plate down before covering it so it stays warm. I then turned around and grabbed the pan and walked towards the sink. I dropped the pan and turned on the water but I forgot the pan was still hot. I touched the pan but then dropped it
"Ouch" I said and looked at my hand to see it has gone red, I heard Simon sigh before walking over to me
"Give" Simon said and held out his hand, I looked at him unsure but gave in and placed my hand on his. He looked at it before turning on the cold water on and held my hand underneath it
"ow" I said
"You shouldn't have held the pan while it was still hot" Simon said and then turned the tap off, he dried my hand with a tea towel
"Wait here, I'll be back" Simon said before disappearing upstairs, I hopped onto the counter and waited. After a few seconds, Simon returned with something in his hand
"This will help the pain" He said and stood in between my legs before applying the lotion on my hand
"Why are you being nice to me? I thought you hated me" I said
"I'm not that mean to leave someone in pain, if you haven't noticed but none of us have hurt you physically just mentally and emotionally" Simon said then moved away from me before walking to the sink and washing the pan for me
"Thanks" I said
"Your welcome" Simon said before disappearing upstairs...
