Kinn handed the lunchbox to his boyfriend. Porsche did not accept it but stared at it then at Kinn then back at the lunchbox.

Kinn sigh and grabbed Porsche's hand before putting the lunchbox on top..

" I knew that you never eat anything today, you're too busy solving crimes and forgot to take care of your health."

Porsche pouted because Kinn's not wrong, he then held the lunchbox securely.

"I drank coffee this morning."

He mumbled, Kinn snorted and then pulled Porsche to an embrace, Porsche tried to pull away but failed miserably.

" My dear lovely boyfriend, drinking coffee is not healthy at all, especially when you're dinking it like water." Porsche grumbled but Kinn only tightened his arms around Porsche.

" But don't worry, I will treat you to dinner after your work- No overtime today."

Kinn immediately said when Porsche tried to talk back, Porsche just took a deep breath then nod his head repeatedly.

" Fine, fine, but not too fancy this evening. I also wanted to talked to you after work."

The smile Porsche send to him made his tiredness vanished.

" You should go now or you will be late. You'd said you have a meeting this afternoon and I also have an investigation too."

With that, Kinn squeezed Porsche one last time and kissed his lips before letting go.

" I love you, please call me after work or if anything happens. Don't hesitate. I will be with you as soon as I can." Porsche chuckled then nod his head.

" I know... I knew you will, Goodbye now, see you."

Then Kinn started walking towards his car not far from where they were standing. Porsche just stand there, waiting for his boyfriend to get in then wave at Kinn.

Kinn on the other hand, waved back and send Porsche a flying kiss, who just laughed then shook his head.

Porsche mumbled and "I love you" to Kinn, who's eyes widen then answered back.

Little did they know that it would be their last encounter.

Kinn's preparing to go and pick up Porsche from his work when the flat screen TV not far from him suddenly attracted his attention.

A report about a failed investigation, Kinn's heart suddenly skipped a beat. He felt so cold, so hollow inside.

5 police died, many injured, and 3 detectives died.

" The Detectives were known as...."

The moment he heard his lover's name, everything stopped. He can't breath, his whole body is trembling and something shattered inside his chest.

The bouquet of flowers he's supposed to gift to Porsche this evening fell into the ground. Forgotten. Kinn's world keep on spinning, he can't hear anything, he's so dead inside.

Why are you doing this to both of us, were supposed to be happy today.

Today is their 3rd anniversary as boyfriends, Kinn have so much plans for both of them.

This is the cruelest gift I've ever received in my entire life...and counting.

It's supposed to be filled with love and happiness, not darkness and sadness. There's no celebration for Kinn to celebrate, only to mourn for what he loss for the rest of his life.

Guess, the day he usually looking up to started to be his nightmare.

Maybe I should stop killing Porsche... But I feel like Kinn deserved to suffer in every timeline.
