NEXT DAY MORNING, HONEY WASN'T VERY FLEXIBLE AND KNOWN ENOUGH TO MAKE CARS WORK SINCE THEIR'S HAD AN ISSUE.

Rachel was working on her car since something was wrong with it. She wanted to go out but ever since yesterday it stopped working.

Rachel wasn't that strong to handle a car as she breathed and stepped back. "Shoot." She whispered.

"Need help."

Turning her head, she felt her heart drop when it was Michael stepping towards her all mysteriously.

Rachel cleared her throat as she looked back to her car. "It just stopped working."

He stood there as he examined it before speaking up. "When was the last time you drove wit it."

"Yesterday."

Michael took notice of that as he lowly chuckled by the conflict of that day that happened.

"Ight." He muttered and stepped closer to the car as he opened the front and checked down them objects as he eased them down from the dry and tight grip it had. He backed away and closed it again. "There ya go."

Rachel looked at him silently and nodded. "Thanks." He nodded slowly as he was about to walk off. "Yo." He stopped as he turned to her. Rachel was hesitating but decided to be mature enough to do it. "You don't seem crazy to me."

He scoffed lowly with a humorless smile on his face by looking away as it eased down. "You don't wanna know."

That was it as he had taken his turn to walk off, leaving Rachel watching ahead of him with thoughts in her head after.

It was afternoon already and Rachel was done with work as she had parked her car and stepped it of it.

"Look what we got here!"

Rachel rolled her eyes and slammed the door shut as she switched the car off and looked to see Dre's buddies that Michael used to hang with.

"If that ain't Honey's friend Mike ain't standin'." The one with a cap —who was Dean— said in a teasing but also provoking manner as he looked towards his friend next to him Sean as they shared a look as if they were the only ones to know what they were up to.

"How 'bout we play a game." Sean said as he smiled with his bro agreeing. "Let's see who catches who."

That's when Dean snatched her keys as they ran off. "Hey!" They laughed as she groaned and ran after.

They were running down a few blocks not too far away as she noticed that they have gotten into an apartment which looked different from hers.

She ran in and walked up those stairs. She took a whole while to search for them as she bit on her finger by the thought of her keys maybe hidden in somebody's door.

They heard a door creak as she snapped her head towards it and stepped near. She had her eyes trained on that door as she arrived in front of it.

"Don't worry girl! It's an abandoned one!" They laughed as they were running outside already.

Rachel growled as she glared at them before turning to the door and slowly creeping it open, noticing that nobody was in there.

She stepped in slowly and looked around. The living room was filled with a couch, a small table and a tv in the front.

And right nearby was the kitchen by the living room as she noticed the floor was out of woods and still not even made. It had a sweet smell but also a little bit rough.

There were two other doors behind as she began to feel like this wasn't an abandoned apartment no more.

Whatever these boys were up to, they were def going to pay for it.

Rachel snapped out of it and quickly decided to take the time and search around for her keys. She looked under the table then also other areas.

She sighed and then looked under the couch as she finally found them and stretched out her hand to take them as she stood up and sighed in relief.

Just as she turned around to leave, she bumped into a hard chest. Rachel gasped and slowly looked up.

Michael stared down at her with that dark gaze of his. He was clearly mad but kept a calm face and posture.

Rachel took some steps away as she got nervous.

"Those old friends of yours decided to play around with me and hid my keys in here, I swear I never planned to come in here." She quickly defended.

He just kept that exact expression on his face as he clenched his jaw. "Got them now?" She nodded and moved a strand of curls behind her ear. "Get out."

Rachel inhaled until he grabbed her arm and snatched her towards the door as he opened it. She now stepped outside and turned to face him.

"What is it that everyone has with you?" Rachel took the chance to question him. He was really interesting her.

He narrowed his eyes a bit. "And that is."

Rachel shrugged. "Bad things. To stay away from you."

"Is that what yo Troll one of a friend been tellin' you 'bout me?" He sarcastically asked with that look.

Rachel just stared at him return.

Michael scoffed as his tongue poked to the insides of his cheek. "What people say 'bout me ain't nothin'."

"Then why do you act like it."

Michael rose a brow. "Like what."

"All mysterious. Like no one dares to talk to you because of how scared they can get." Rachel answered.

Michael lowly chuckled as he gently rubbed his chin with his gaze on the floor before looking up to her again. "Nothin' ya pretty head wanna know."

Rachel pursed her lips at that. "You don't seem like that to me though. You seem normal. To me."

That only had made him stare at her as she decided to leave with his gaze following her. "You have no idea." He muttered.
