"What is this fuss coming from our neighbors?" Jihyun asked to one of Taehyung's butler who just walked in with a small box, into Jihyun's bedroom.

"It's a Halloween Ball at Sire's mansion, Mr. Kim" The man replied.

"Really?! It must be fun to watch from a a far... Why Dr. Kim aren't invited?"

"I believe you both are"

"I didn't know it. What is this?" Jihyun's attention got caught by the big purple gift box.

"Mr. Kim has got you this present box to open" The butler replied, placing it on the table.

"Oh..." Jihyun uttured, dumbfoundedly while abruptly opening the purple bow over the box to open it and his breath hitched.

"It's a puppy!?" Jihyun exclaimed as soon as he discovered a small black-and-tan Pomeranian in a pets' traveling cage. "Is it mine?"

"As per the orders, it should be yours. Have a good night, Mr. Kim" The Butler bowed to leave and Jihyun just uncaged the puppy to find its enthusiastic small body eager to run away from Jihyun's grip.

"Where is Dr. Kim?" Jihyun asked, struggling to keep the puppy at a place.

While, the Butler had already walked out of the room, he turned to reply only to find Taehyung leaned on the wall outside Jihyun's bedroom right by the door.

Taehyung place his index finger on his own lips as he stared at the man back.

"He has instructed to not be disturbed since he is sleeping" The Butler abruptly lied to Jihyun upon Taehyung's gestures.

"Oh..." Jihyun sounded disappointed as he managed to grip the fussing puppy in his arms. "But... I needed to thank him..."

"You can do it later" The man stated as he bowed and turned to leave, walking passed Taehyung.

Once the butler left, Jihyun's energy changed.

"I love him!" Jihyun screamed while squeezing the puppy close.

Taehyung eyes widened until...

"Or I love her! Is it a he or a she?" Jihyun wondered out and Taehyung realized he was talking about the dog.

"Um... can't tell" Jihyun talked to himself, checking the present box, "Oh wait... he has adoption documents. And a... letter... rare..." Jihyun found a few documents with a purple solid letter card that had beautiful blue flowers printed.

Love, Your new puppy'." Jihyun read the letter.

"Awww...!" Jihyun wailed out with his teary eyes as he hugged the puppy to his neck while protectingly securing him as he fell backwards on his bed.
