The next day dawned and Arjun is now standing in front of shalini's house. He looked nervous. Rakshan patted his shoulders to calm him. He took a deep breathe and rang the bell. Shalini's mother opened the door and welcomed them .

Sa:Ukarunga pa... Yenga inga vanga.. Yaru vanturuka nu vantu parunga..

While shalini's father saravanan walked towards them and greeted them. Shalini peeked out through the staircase and noticed Arjun and rakshan talking with her father.

She entered her room and looked herself once in the mirror and stepped downstairs.

Sh:Edhoo serious ah pesitu irunta matiri iruntu apdi edha pathi pesuringa..

Sav:Shalini.. Inga konjam vaa ..

Shalini went to the kitchen while her mother gave a tray with coffee cups and snacks. She thinned her eyebrows in confusion..

Sh:Enna ma.. Ita neengalae poi kuduka vendiyatu tanae.. Epovum neenga tanae kudupinga. ... Ipo enna puthusa.. ??

Shalini sensed something is on the way and moved towards the living. She gave Arjun, rakshan and her dad the coffee and snacks and stood silent aside her father.

Sar:Enna itula muzhu samatham pa... Unakum ok tana savitri...

Sav:Enakum samatham nga.. Arjun ah poi yarachum vendam nu solluvangala...

Shalini stood gazing everyone as she didn't get what they are talking about.

Shalini pov:

After few minutes rakshan anna's parents joined us along with arjun's friends. Now, I think I got what they are discussing about. They are discussing about my marriage but I didn't have any idea about it.. Wow what a family laa..?? I sighed and gazed Arjun while he winked at me.. I averted my gaze from him and blushed badly.. Woah...This man.. and his attrocities... Finally after a long discussion they turned towards me.. While I looked them like a lost kid as I didn't have any idea about why they are looking me suddenly..

Rakshan anna's mother came near me and give me a saree and some accessories along with jasmine flowers, manjal, kum-kumam, vetrilai, pakku and some things... I gazed my parents while they signed to get that. I get the plate and bend downwards and get blessing from her. She blessed me and kissed my forehead fondly.

My mother asked me to change into the saree given by rakshan anna's mother. So, I moved towards my room and placed the things on my dressing table and within minutes I heard a door knock. I opened the door and immediately welcomed by a bone crushing hug by my dear friend pavithra.. She is the one who stand with me for years through thick and thin. She expresses her happy for my marriage and helped me to drape my saree..

Pa:Alazgha iruka shalzz.. Inaiku Arjun flat uh tan.. she winked at me. While I rewarded her with a nice smack.
