I have two apps that should help with getting me better! Im 3 days clean (I havent self-harmed in 3 days‼️) and I hope I can be happy some day!

(Am I sober and Finch are the apps, I am sober marks how many days I've been clean, and Finch has goals (like to brush my teeth and not self-harm) this may or may not work, I just don't want you guys to have to put up with this any longer 😼‼️)
