Chapter 29 - Aiden

"Lucas! Be careful please!" Sam shouts from beside me.

We are currently at the beach trying to surf. Well basically everyone is trying to surf beside me and my baby because she just wants to chill and I already know how to surf so I was happy just by surfing few minutes.

Eli is teaching the other guys as he knows to surf as well. Few years back, we both were really getting bored so we had decided to play hooky once and we stumbled upon this guy who was giving free surf lessons. We thought it would be fun to know how to surf so we learnt.

"You can go Aid. I am okay here." My puppy murmurs from beside me giving me a beautiful smile.

I absolutely love her. She is just happy being there. She never complains, she always understands. She never tries to stop us from seeing our friends, like our exes did. She just knows.

I tickle attack her pulling her closer to me. "You are a fucking angel and I love you and I will go to them in some time but I need some time with you first."

She is laughing so much and it makes my heart so full.

"A-aid aahhh don't aiddddd!"

She splutters looking at me still laughing her eyes are filled and there is a beautiful blush on her cheeks.

Gosh this girl. Her existence itself makes me happy. Seeing her happy makes me happy.

I pull my hands back in a surrender position "Okayyy okayyy"

She hits me slightly on the chest and hugs me tightly.

She places her head on the crook of my neck and places a gentle kiss before leaning up and murmuring "I love you too my sweetboy."

Jesus.

She pulls back and looks at me all dazed. Is it possible to fall in love again with the same person every day?

"Now go and enjoy with them. I'll be here waiting for you."

I look back to her serene face as I make my way to my friends.

"You okay kitten?" Eli asks her from the drivers seat for the sixth time.

"I am good Eli. Don't worry."

She is in pain. I can see how she is closing her eyes tightly.

She is having a horrible headache. When we were returning back from the beach some idiots thought it would be fun to mess with her when we were not around. One of the bitch hit her head while they were playing volleyball.

Sam being the sweetest just forgave them. But we saw the smirk on that bitchs face. Throughout the time she was trying to talk to me and Eli and we were giving her the cold shoulder.

Bitch.

I slightly keep massaging her forehead as she is leaning on me. She doesn't have a cut just that she has migraine and the hit really triggered it bad.

James, Macy, Leo and Lucas were shopping around and didn't knew. Sam strictly told us not to let them know and that she doesn't want them to miss out on fun just because she has a stupid migraine.

This girl can never ever be selfish.

"Hang on for few minutes. We are reaching our place." I murmur gently.

"Hmm"

As soon as we reached the place, Eli comes out and opens the door lifting Sam and carrying her in his arms.

I close the door and come forward quickly so that I can open the door to the house.

Once we are in our room, Eli holds her in his lap gently massaging her scalp.

I quickly go and fetch a small tub and salt. I quickly fill it with warm water and mix salt in it placing it near the bed so our baby can easily soak as she rests her head on Eli's chest.

I have read somewhere that soaking your feet in warm salt water really helps.

I switch off the lights and then gently take her feet and guide it towards the warm water while rubbing gentle circles.

"Thankyou so much. It feels good." Sam murmurs whimpering.

"Close your eyes baby and try to get some sleep. We are here." I murmur still massaging her feet.

"I love you both so much. Thankyou for taking care of me." She whispers as a tear rolls down her cheek.

My poor baby. She is such an angel and to see her in this much pain is unbearable to us.

"We love you too, kitten. Please rest you will feel better. There is still quite a lot of time for dinner, we will wake you up. "

Our baby has been doing quite good now but still there are days when Sam feels quite bad. She tells us how much she feels she is undeserving of love, how she is always worried everything will snatched away from her.

We are working on these feelings of her, reassuring her, showing her how much she means to us because she doesn't know that she means the world to us. Everyone is so fond of her.

We know how much of a concern ones mental health is and to know that she is constantly suffering because of such thoughts really pains us.

I look at Eli who is looking at our now sleeping girl with sad eyes. Sensing my eyes on him , he looks at me and lets out a sigh before murmuring,
"She is too strong and we will be always with her cherishing her and loving her."

I nod at him as he gently lays her down on the bed.

"I'll just let the guys know we are back and not to be loud once they get back." Eli says as he slid out of the bed to call Lucas probably.

I lay down beside her for some time and she cuddles into me feeling the warmth . I hold her tightly to me.

"I love you baby.We will always love you."

Hey loves!

I know it's been too long since I posted. I was in a big slump and was not able to get out of it. I am trying and will not give up. The chapter doesn't have any smut but is still heavy because of the topic.

Mental health is really important. We should never ignore how we are feeling. It is very important to accept your feelings and then to work on it. Please reach out to those who need help or help them to reach out to those who can aid them.

Small things trigger these downward spirals and we would never know. Be safe guys!

I have been quite interested in Manhwas these days. I just read 'Why did Raeliana end up in the Dukes Mansion'.
It was quite good. I really liked it.
