"Another day of school," Ji-Ah mutters as she runs down the last flight of stairs.

"Good morning, everyone," she says, rushing into the bakery's kitchen.

"Good morning, Ji-Ah."

Ji-Ah walks over to her dad and gives him a little peck on the cheek. The smell of fresh bread filled the air, just the way she liked. As she finishes breakfast for the AV club, she grabs the pastries for the Han family and rushes to the door.

"Leaving without saying goodbye to your eomma?"

Ji-Ah whips her head around to see her mother standing with her arms crossed. Mrs. Kim works as a nurse. So, she's out of the house early most days. Without hesitation, Ji-Ah runs into her mother's arms.

"Don't you have work today?" the girl asks.

"I have the day off today. How about we go to the mall after school today?" her mother says as she strokes Ji-Ah's long chocolate hair.

"I would love that, eomma! I should get going. I love you!!" the girl shouts as she runs out the door.

"I love you too, dear."

After announcements, Ji-Ah, Dae-Su, Woo-Jin, and Joon-Yeong make their way to class. When they get into room 2-5, they split up and head to different places around the room. Like always, Ji-Ah sits at her desk and tries to finish a bracelet before class. Of course, an argument breaks out.

"Hey!"

Everyone turns to the voice yelling. Like always, it's Na-Yeon.

"Get off of there! You're gross!" She yells at Gyeong-Su.

"Fine. My bad," Gyeong-Su tells her as he gets off her desk. "What's the big deal?" He asks. Gyeong-Su, trying to be "nice," takes his sleeve and wipes her desk.

"Stop that! You're dirty!" She shrinks.

Gyeong-su walks towards her. "What the hell?"

Cheong-San, Gyeong-Su's best friend, wraps his arms around his friend.

"Why are you so grumpy?" Woo-Jin says, lightly hitting Na-Yeon.

"What is it? What did I do that was so wrong?" Gyeong-Su snaps.

"You punks. Take your seats now. Move it!"

"Hi," Mrs. Park says to the class.

"Hello!!" the students shout back.

"Hi. Good morning," Mrs. Park says once again.

"Hand in your phones," the teacher says, taking out the phone box. The students walk over to hand in their phones.

"Anybody in touch with Hyeon-Ju?" Mrs. Park asks her students. It's been a day since the girl was missing. It was like she just... disappeared.

"None of you tried calling her?"

"We cleaned the science lab together yesterday, but I haven't seen her since," says Joon-Yeong, sitting at the front of the class.

Mrs. Park sighs. "If anyone hears from her, let me know right away, okay?"

"Yes, ma'am," says the class.
