I was sitting on my phone, Ian was in the shower, Lip was holding Liam in the bathroom, and Fiona was doing laundry.
Well, Ian likes Mickey now, at least Kash and him are done... Maybe I should go for Lip... But no, Karen likes him. It would be breaking girl code.
"Who's Candace?" I hear a voice ask, it's Debbie, probably.
I stand up and lean against the bathroom wall, "Don't worry about it."
"You aren't going, Carl?" Fiona asks Carl.
"Wait, going where?" I ask
"He got invited someplace by normal kids. Robbie Rebellio's having a paintball party." Ian explains with his head sticking out of the shower.
"Why does he have a Taser?" I ask, seeing that Carl is playing with a taser.
"I gave it to him to play with since he isn't going. And it doesn't work, so we're good," says Lip, probably explaining it for the second time.
"Why aren't you going?" Fiona asks Carl, once again.
"It costs $27," says Carl
Fiona feels bad and gives him some cash making Carl super happy, "Awesome!" he then leaves with joy in his eyes.
"Thanks." says Lip
"What?" Fiona asks confused
"Well, he really wanted to go. Knows we're strapped." says Lip, then hands Liam to Fiona with a new diaper, "This should hold him for a few hours."
Lip messes up my hair, "Hey."
"Asshole," I say pushing his hands away, then heading to the bathroom to brush my teeth, at the same time, Ian gets out of the shower. I do my business, fix my hair, then go back to the shared bedroom.
Lip sits on his bed. Since I'm bored and looking for convo, I climb beside him as Ian heads downstairs, "Hey."
"What's up?" he asks looking at me.
"Nothing. Just bored." I say
"So, you decided to come up here?" he chuckles
"Oh, okay I'll go." I start to go down, but he pulls me back up, with me sort of landing on his lap sideways, "Nope! Didn't mean it like that."
I laugh as I get off his lap and just sit on the bed, "So... anything new?"
"Nope. Same old. You?" he asks
"I'm... trying to get over Ian. He likes someone else, I mean he always has, I just... tried to ignore it but didn't go well. Just have to accept the fact that he's gay and we're never gonna happen. I mean, I've always accepted the fact that he's gay, just... felt like there was a chance because he said he was lately confused on what he was, but I'm guessing that was just a phase. And even if it isn't, I feel like I've let this go on too long anyway," I say
Lip nods, "You moving on to me, then?" he smirks
"Nah, you have Karen. It would be breaking girl code." I say
"Her and I aren't dating, so it doesn't stop me from flirting with you," he says
"I don't care if you do anymore. Just gonna go where life takes me. I was looking for a chance with Ian before because well, he was with Kash and that was just... ugh. But now he isn't and well, he's clearly not and will never be into me. So..." I say
"This guy is."
"Yeah, well, that guy is also into someone else," I say
"Karen wouldn't care. She fucks others too," says Lip
