'What the fuck?' You exclaimed, hitting the radio into the side of your hand as if it would help. 'What do we do?!'

You turned to Emily helplessly as you noticed her chest rising and falling dramatically.

'I don't know where they are.' She replied anxiously. 'I... I don't know...'

'It's okay.' You tried to reassure her. 'It's alright, we... we can get Garcia to track them down...'

'I don't know where they are. I don't know where they are.' Emily repeated as she drove.

'We know they were circling round a neighbourhood, so... which ones are nearby?' You thought out loud.

'I don't know where they are.' Emily said again, as you noticed her breathing was even more erratic now.

Her chest was staggering as she tried to breathe faster than her body would let her, her hands shaking on the steering wheel.

'Chief?' You said. 'Chief, listen to me. It's okay, just breathe.'

But Emily's eyes were fixed on the road as she drove, repeating the same words over and over again as her shaky hands swerved the car from side to side.

'Chief.' You said, grabbing hold of the dashboard as the car swayed. 'Chief, talk to me.'

'I don't know where they... are. I don't know... where they are.' She continued.

'Chief, pull over!' You told her, grabbing hold of the steering wheel to try and steady it. 'I need you to stop driving.'

You could tell she couldn't reply with how erratic her breathing was, but it seemed like she couldn't even hear you.

As the car swerved, from your side of the road to the other you started to genuinely fear you were about to crash.

What do I do? What do I do?

'EMILY!' You shouted, as suddenly Emily's head flicked sideways at you as if she was hearing you for the first time.

She looked at you with wide eyes as you tried your hardest to take control of the steering wheel.

'Emily, can you hear me?' You asked, and she began nodding, one of her hands flying up to her neck as she clutched her chest. 'I need you to pull over, Emily. Can you do that? Can you pull over for me?'

As you watched Emily's eyes flit across the car as she took in her surroundings again, she began nodding, as she finally lifted her foot from the gas and brought the car to a shaky halt as you helped her steer onto the side of the road.

'Good job.' You told her, as you rushed to switch off the key and take it out of the ignition. 'Good job, it's okay. I've got you. Hold on.'

You jumped out of the car, rushing round to the driver's side and threw Emily's door open.

'Come on, Emily.' You said, leaning over her to undo her seatbelt and pull it around her. 'Come on, let's get you some air.'

You guided her out of the car, throwing her arm over your shoulder as you brought her onto the ground. Suddenly, her legs went limp and her knees buckled.

'I'm gonna faint.' She warned, as you both dropped to the ground together.

'Okay, you're okay.' You told her, as you landed in a heap together on the grass. 'I've got you, I've got you. You're okay.'

'I can't breathe.' She panted, looking sideways at you for help.

'Yes you can.' You replied. 'Come on, take my hands.'
