Falling in love after heartbreak

Studying together part 2

Luiza woke up with a smile on her face, she couldn't wait to get to collage and see what the day has to offer. She arrived at college and saw all her friends talking and laughing with each other, she instantly saw Valentina smiling at her, luiza couldn't help the smile that came over her face seeing those green eyes smile at her, she couldn't help the flutter that came to her heart seeing her sitting there looking at no one but luiza. She made her way over to the tablet and sat next to carol and Valentina, she greeted everyone as they continued chatting, Valentina couldn't help but look at Valentina she thought to herself, wow she looks so beautiful, hair perfectly complimenting her eyes, I wish I could show her how beautiful she is.

As they got up to go to class, luiza stopped Valentina, wanting to talk to her about maybe having another study session. Luiza stood there looking at Valentina, wanting nothing more than to take her in her arms and kiss her, but she kept her cool and waited for Valentina to tell. "I was wondering if maybe you wanted to study again after college, we don't have to but I just thought maybe we could get more done if we worked together" Luisa couldn't believe how shy and scared Valentina looked, did she think I would say no. Luiza looked at Valentina, reached up and took a strand of her hair and put it behind her ear, Valentina gulped at what was happening. "Of course I would, we can meet up here before we go, do you want to do at my house or yours". Luiza replied, Valentina looked into those dark brown eyes "we can do it at my place if you like, I have a spot where no one will bother us" she said. "Sounds good, I'll see back here very soon" and with that she walked off to get to class before they were both late.

4 hours later they met up after everyone had left. "So I've only got my bike, is it okay if we go on that? I'll be very careful". Luiza thought for a second, "Ok but very careful otherwise you'll be in a lot of trouble", she replies with a smirk on her face. Valentina laughed and gave her spare helmet to Luiza. 20 minutes later they were standing in front of Valentina's house, Luiza couldn't believe how big her house was, it was a mansion. "Wow your house is huge, are your parents rich or something". Valentina looked down at the floor "yeah sort of, but I don't like telling people because they always treat me differently when they find out". Luiza smiled, "hey, it doesn't change how I look at you, so your parents have money, doesn't mean you're any different than who you were before I know". Valentina smiled and led Luiza to an area behind her house, it was a huge tree house with a gorgeous view, she led them up the ladder into the treehouse, Luiza looked around and couldn't believe the view from up there.

"Wow it's gorgeous up here" Luiza said. Valentina walked up behind Luiza, Luiza could feel her breath on the back on her neck, she shivered at the thought and her breathing become heavier, she didn't turn around wanting the moment to last a little longer. "It is indeed, it's my safe spot, where I come to think or if I need a moment to myself, no one else comes up here but me". Luiza finally turns around being face to face with Valentina, so close that she could just lean in and kiss her then and there. "Thank you for allowing me up here, it's gorgeous". They both stood there for what seemed like an eternity, they both smiled and gave a little chuckle. "How about we get to studying so we can get it over and done with". Luiza said, Valentina agreed and for the next hour they studied and talked about the different topics and what arguments they would need to defend. Luiza was slowly losing interest in studying and they decided to halt it for today.

Valentina had gone to get them a few drinks from the house whilst Luiza looked out at the view once more, as Valentina was coming up the stairs she could see Luiza standing there perfectly silhouetted in line with the sun, she looked beautiful. She got to the ladder and Luiza helped with the drinks so Valentina could climb up, she got up and stood near the ledge to look around, Luiza put the drinks down on the table and walked up behind Valentina. Luiza couldn't deny the physical chemistry between the two of them, she was slowly struggling to keep her composure. "Can I ask you something" Luiza said from behind Valentina, Valentina turned around to look her in the eyes. "Of course, you can ask me anything". "What was with the sudden change of attitude towards me, one minute you were annoying me every chance you got, taking digs at me and now you being nice and like nothing happened". Luiza was just curious as to what changed. Valentina looked at the ground and back up to Luiza, "Honestly, I was tired of putting up a front, I was trying to hide the feelings I have for you, I was trying to keep up my demeanour but every time I look at you I turn to mush, I clearly have feelings for you Luiza and I can't hide them anymore, I can't pretend like they aren't there". She looked down at the floor once more, but Luiza put a finger under Valentina's chin and lifted it up so she was looking at her again, "I really like you too, I was doing the same thing you were and trying to hide these feelings I have for you but I can't anymore". They both smiled looking at each other, both looking at each other's lips.

After what seemed like an eternity, Luiza put both hands on Valentina's cheeks and brought her lips to connect with Valentina's, it was magical, it felt so natural like they should have been doing it all along, they pulled apart and both their foreheads together, smiling at each other, Valentina went back in to kiss those soft luscious lips, they were so soft, she couldn't get enough, she slowly backed Luiza up so she was on the wall of the treehouse, she both fought for dominance but Valentina won out, the kiss was sloppy but they both felt stars in their eyes, they both pulled away staring at each other. "Wow that was amazing" Valentina said, "Oh it was indeed, and I don't want to ruin the moment but I do have to get home before my mum wonders where I am" Luiza said. "I know I just can't help wanting to keep kissing you, it feels like a dream". "I know what you mean, but we have plenty of time to do it again". They both smiled and chuckled, Valentina took Liza home as they said their goodbyes with a cheeky goodbye kiss Luiza made her way into the house, she shut the door and put her back to it leaning against not believing what just happened.

"Luiza is that you honey" her mum said. "It is mum, sorry I was studying with someone and lost track of time" she replied. "That's okay, dinner is ready on the table". "Thank you mum". She ate her dinner, had a shower and plopped onto her bed, thinking back to the evenings activities, she couldn't believe she kissed Valentina, she finally took the chance, although she is still weary due to her past relationship she wanted to give this a chance and see where it went. She was deep in thought when she heard her phone ding. "Hey beautiful, today was amazing and I hope we can do it again very soon" valentine wrote. "It was amazing indeed, oh we are definitely doing that again, there's no doubt about that". They both smiled and after saying their goodnights, they both fell asleep thinking about what the future has to hold.
