Mere bachpan ke har hisse mein
Tujhse ladayi ke kisse hain...
Kuch kahi si baaten hain,
Kuch ankahe se sapne hain.
Jab se jaana hai duniya ko,
Tab se tujh ko bhi jaana hai,
Tu ghairon mein nahin,
mere apno mein aati hai,
Kyunki mere apne to bahut pehle se,
Dil se tere apne hain...
Tujhse lad kar jhagad kar,
Teri har baat sun kar,
Apni har baat suna kar,
Maine ye jaana hai,
Teri qismat ki dor to kabse,
Meri qismat se uljhi hai.
Tera hona aur na hona,
Mere liye zaroori hai bahut,
Kyunki meri duniya to har pal,
Teri ird gird hi ghoomti hai...
Pyaar to nahin hai tujhse,
Dosti to door ki baat hai,
Nafrat bhi nahin karta hoon tujhse,
Fir bhi mere zindagi mein,
Teri kitni zaroorat hai...
Haan itna jaanta hoon,
Ki jo darmiyaan hai humare,
Woh kabhi kam to tha hi nahin,
Ki rishta hi humara ek alag si shiddat hai...
Tere aansuon par haq hai mera,
Koi aur rulakar dikhaye to tujhe,
Mere alawa jisne rulaya hai,
Mujhe har us shakhs se dikkat hai...
Tu masoom si dil mein utar jati hai,
Teri har ada mera dil lubhati hai,
Jab se tera naam juda hai mujhse,
Main tere hisse aur tu mere hisse aati hai,
Khushiyan tere dehleez karke,
Khud khasare mein raha hoon main,
Tere laayaq hoon to nahin,
Par kya karun fir bhi tera hoon mein.
Ek andheri si raat hoon mein,
Jis mein sab kuch samaya hai,
Tu suraj hai damakta sa,
Roshni sa tera saaya hai...
Kya rishta hai ye,
Ki teri har khushi mein maine,
Apne gham ko dubaya hai,
Aur tere gham ne jab tujhe aan ghera,
Meri khushiyan bhi maine tere naam likhwaya hai,
Mere bachpan ke har hisse mein,
Tujhse ladayi ke kisse hain,
Teri hansi ki goonj,
Aur mere gusse ke charche hain...

Raavi's breath hitched. She felt her throat constrict and her eyes began to become tearful. Shiva had handed over his heart to her, to read. She never knew he could do poetry. She smiled at the words and began to read.

'Main nahin jaanta kya hua uss chipkali ko achanak. Acchi bhali zindagi kat rahi thi aur usne is zindagi ko hi badal ke rakh diya hai.

Raavi gulped. His feelings were very straightforward like him. This was the beginning of his diary, but she was sure the feelings had begun already. They must have confused him enough to push him to write. He must have felt like he couldn't confide about this to anyone. She began to read again.

Shiva laid on his cot, thinking about the woman upstairs owning his space like she owned his heart and smiled serenely. Why was he feeling to see her settle in his room for the night? Her being in his room was nothing new. After all she washed and folded all his clothes. She placed them in his cupboard. She cleaned his room. She even used his room for studying. He was sure that his room had many of her things arranged near his for her ease because she spent so much time in there. Yet the simple action of watching her claim his bed, made him feel all peaceful.

Shiva's mind began to reflect on the years gone by. His memories were traversing before his eyes like a movie he was watching. How had their relationship been shaped? The first time he saw her was when she was five. He was seven.
