"So you two comfortable here?" He asked " With all the mayham?"
Jackis and I laugehd. " It took some time but yeah " Jackie said . I nodded along
" I wanted to talk to you about something." He said " I consulted a lawyer to get custody"
" Of us?" I asked
" No of one of the 3 dozen walter kids out there ."
I smiled as he laughed
I started zoning out as he talked about hiw he could take care of us better and something like yhat. I couldn't leave Isaac, I coukdnt leave Ella and josh and Lee. And I actually liked this place
" I will persue it if you want me to" He said breaking my chain if thoughts. I stood uo and walksd out of the room.
My head was clouded with thoughts as i took a seat next to Isaac and Erin.
" You ok" Isaac asked
I nodded and sat down
Jackie and Uncle Richard hand re-entered the room.
" Okay okay let's sit down now" George said.
Evertine settled down. " Lets go around the table saying things we are thankful for.
" Cole let's start with you" Suggested Katherine.
"I guess Im thankful that the Broncos didnt wipe out thus year " He said
" Im thankful for the um long weekend so i can watch movies" Danny said
" Im just greatful that I didn't have to cook today and so should you" Alex smiled
We all laughed as i caught Jackie staring at Cole then at Alex
" Im greatful i have the chance to find out more about the native day of mourning" Nathan said
It was Lee's turn and we all looked at him
" Uh im not up to it" He muttered
" Well I'm greatful um that the ladies love me for my charm and my good lookes " He said
I wacked him in the arm " Oh and um Zoe looked my way I found the love of my life " He added quickly wrapping his arms around me"
We all laughed
" And we're both greatful to be part of this family" He said " Right Lee?"
Lee just sat there and frowned
" And we love having you in it" Katherine said
Isaac smiled as Lee just sat there cross armed
" I'm uh greatful that uh" I stuttered I couldn't think of anything. Isaac. No nothing. " I um" Eveyrones eyes were on me Isaac placed his hands on my thighs
"I'm greatful for this family especially Katherine Isaac, Lee and Jackie" I said " They made this transition easier. Lee with his Humor, Jackie with her intelligence and gossip skills, Katherine with her sweet voice and um Isaac because hes seen me break down, ugly laugh, ugly cry and hes seen me at my worst and everything and he still loves me" My voice broke. Eveyone smiled at me. as Isaac grabbed my hand.
" Im just thankful to be here" Erin said " Um thank you for having me"
It was now hayleys turn I wanst really listening as i was too busy admiring Isaac who was proudly smiling at me
" I should probably go" Hayley said
Katherine nodded " Yeah ill just pack up soem stuffing, Wills favourite."
