No one's pov:

"no not there! aish! you can't follow a simple instruction" Krystal lightly push Felix away from decorating their mini room that they chose to gather with y/n and the others to welcome an another year.

They all decided to make it simple yet memorable for all of them because it's their first time celebrating this together.

"you two! you keep on arguing like a child since earlier" y/n is carrying a box full of other decorations for them to put everywhere they want. The new years eve is on the next day but they just want to finish this so they don't need to exhaust themselves when the clock hits midnight

"it's his fault"-Krystal

"it's my fault--see?"-Felix

you laugh with their reactions and just continue finishing up everything, it's just the three of you because the others have something to do.

after a few more hours of decorating and hearing the childish little fights in the room you all finish it then look at the whole room appreciating what you've all done

"can't wait to celebrate this" Felix said looking everywhere

"it's your first time to celebrate this together!" y/n trying to tease both of them causing Krystal to become shy but just suppress it with her glare

"it's also our first time to celebrate new year .." someone suddenly hug you from the back and you saw Hyunjin smiling while looking at you

"here's our favorite couple..doing their eww thing again" Krystal said jokingly rolling her eyes to Hyunjin and y/n

"and this won't be our last celebrating this" Hyunjin tighten his hug and you just giggle feeling his warm embrace

"uhm..excuse me? did you hear what I just said?" Krystal sarcastically said but Felix interrupted her

"don't be jealous Krystal-ssi..I'm here, alright?" Felix smiled at her and she just blush unintentionally making them all laugh

"by the way..where were you this morning?" y/n let go of his hug and turn around facing Hyunjin who just keep on smiling at her

"I just need to do my royal duties as usual"-Hyunjin

"even it's holiday?" y/n raise one of her eyebrow looking at him suspiciously

"well, it's unexpected task" he simply said scratching his nape

"alright if that's what you say" y/n shrugging her shoulder and Hyunjin just grab your hand and hold it

A sudden commotion is heard from the outside and the four of you got curious and went outside to see what's been happening.

almost all of the people here at the palace are gathering to a certain person

"it's prince I.N!!"

"aahh! he's so handsome!"

"is he celebrating with us?"

Hyunjin notice that y/n become pale and is about to faint but he hold her tight from her waist and make a reassurance look that he's here for her

they didn't know y/n's past, specifically when it comes to her relationship like prince I.N

when she heard that name she doesn't know what to do but just to vanish all over again because she still feel uncomfortable whenever he's around. That's the impact I.N left to her

Hyunjin and Felix then walk towards prince I.N who's about to enter the palace to greet him and introduce themselves while y/n is just behind Hyunjin holding his hand, and Krystal beside Felix.
