Chapter Three : Nightmares

"Run. Don't stop running." The voice in her head was getting too loud to handle.

She was sweating, panicking, crying, shaking, screaming.

"Never stop running. Run for your life. Run for him or he will die." The voice was screaming in her head.

"ELI WAKE UP! ELI!" She could barely hear someone calling her name.

"ELI YOU SHANK FACE! WAKE UP!" She suddenly opened her eyes wide. She was screaming in her sleep.

She saw Minho trying to wake her up.

She couldn't say anything, she saw his dark brown eyes looking into her light brown eyes.
"It's okay. It's alright, Sunshine." Minho said softly to her.

Why is he nice with me ? Why is he soft like that ? She thought.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you up." Eli said while sitting on her bed and holding her knees close to her chest.

Minho sat on the bed, looking at her with soft eyes.

"It's alright. You don't have to be sorry for having nightmares." He gently says.

For a moment, no one talked, it wasn't awkward actually. It was like a safe silence.

"Is it the first time that you have nightmares ?" He finally asked to Eli who were still shaking.

"No. But usually this is not this hard to handle." Her voice was shaking but also soft like she didn't know what to say.

Minho realized that she was shaking, he gently puts his hand on her shoulder.

At the second he touched her, he felt electricity. She felt this too.

But they didn't say anything.

"What was your nightmare about ?" He asked her, his hand was caressing her shoulder softly.

"I remember running and a voice telling me to never stop running or he" she stopped for a second, didn't know if she should trust him.

He gently nodded at her like to say she could trust him.

"The voice was telling me to never stop running or he will die." She continued.

Of course she didn't have any bloody ideas of who was he. The only thing she knew right now is that she was felling safe with Minho for the first time.

"Who is he ?" He asked softly.

"I don't know." She just responded.

He nodded and gets up slowly.
"I let you sleep." He says, Eli nodded softly.

"Goodnight, Sunshine."

Before he left, Eli said something. "Minho ?"

He turned his head to her.

"Thank you." She smiled sadly at him. He nodded softly then close her door.

Since Eli was the only girl here, she had the right to have her own room like all the Keepers.

At first, she didn't understand why Minho was suddenly being so sweet with her. But she was too tired to think about it.

The next morning, Eli woke up with a terrible headache probably due to the nightmare she had last night.

She gets up and started dressing up. She puts a black jean, a gray or green tank top she couldn't say which color it was actually. She puts a gray vest with her black lace-up booths.

She also did a low ponytail with her light brown hair according to her light brown eyes who were shining under the sun and sparkling under the stars.

She comes out her room and walks to the kitchen. The creators sent to them some coffee, Eli lover her morning coffee. Everyone knew that they shouldn't talk to Eli if she hadn't drink her coffee.
