Chapter17

AALIYAH POV:

Hearing him asking me this question is sort of out of the blue, I cannot help but smile and he did a really good job with all of this but wouldn't it have been better if his family was around to see him ask me to marry him? I look down at him and he's got his perfect smile again and I cannot say no to that.

"Of course Wesley."

He stands back up to his feet and slips the ring on my finger and I lean in to kiss him, and he picks me up and we kiss some more before he sets me down.

"I love you Aaliyah."

"I love you too Wes, thank you for tonight."

"No thank you for saying yes." He laughs.

"What are we going to tell your family and friends now that it's offical?"

"Nothing you just act like nothing happened."

Act like nothing happened? What?

We both sat back down and everyone looked at us a little weird but I didn't care.

Wesley got up and looked at me and smiled.

"So as we all know that this weekend I'm leaving on tour and we'll be gone for 6 months.. I just wanted to ask you Aaliyah would you want to go with me?"

I'm going on tour for 6 months? With Wesley my fiancé?

"Of course babe I'd love to go with you!" I jumped up and hugged and kissed him, while everyone was clapping and excited for the both of us.

It was finally midnight and the guys had to get home to sleep before they had to leave on their flight. Everyone said their goodbyes and walked to their cars and went home.

WESLEY POV:

Wow I had a great night with my friends before leaving on tour, and I feel like an idiot for getting the way I was before asking Aaliyah to marry me. I meant to do it in front of everyone but at least her and I had our moment in privacy so that's good. I'm still in shock that she actually said yes, and I'm even more happier now that were going on tour together, so we won't be apart.

We got home and went straight to bed, so that we could get up on time for our flight.

I cuddled up with Aaliyah and watched her sleep since I couldn't go to sleep and it was 3:30AM I can't believe that were offically engaged now it all seemed like a dream, I cannot wait to actually marry her now our life is offically beginning.

I woke up to the TV blaring, and Aaliyah packing her bags.

"What time is it?"

"It's 7:30AM we have to be at the airport in 45 minutes. Hurry up" she laughed.

Woah I slept that late? She didn't mean to wake me when we have a lot to do?

I got out of bed, took a quick shower got dressed and packed all my clothes and met up with Drew and Keaton, and said goodbye to our families before getting on our flight to Miami.

We took off at around 9AM and I was so exhausted. I turned on my phone and updated my twitter followers.

WOAH! It's been a crazy couple weeks getting ready for tour and now Aaliyah, Drew, Keaton, and I are all on a flight to our first show in Miami FL on this tour! See you soon Miami!!

I put my phone away and looked at Aaliyah, she was wearing the ring I gave her last night still. I couldn't help but smile a little, she looked at me and smiled.

"What?" and giggled and put her phone away.

"You're wearing the ring."

"What? Oh yeah of course I would, were engaged right?" She laughed her little laughed and leaned in to give me a kiss.

"Yeah what would your parents say about us?" I said breaking the kiss being serious.

"What do you mean?"

"Do they know about me?"

"Wesley I haven't talked to my parents the month I met you. They don't care about me, so I moved away and they certaintly don't need to know about us."

5 hours later the flight ended and as soon as we got off there were fans waiting for us at our gate wanting to take pictures. It seemed like an hour before we even got out of the airport and into our hotel.

Drew and Keaton got their own room and Aaliyah and I got our own room, we all relaxed in our rooms for a bit from our flight before going out for dinner. Aaliyah was changing into different clothes and I decided to update on twitter.

After that millions of people tweeted him back and he spent a while replying back to people.

They went out to dinner that night and more people recognized them and they went out partying until 3AM.
