It had been a few months now, Izuku slowly warmed up to the family. At times Mitsuki and Katsuki were still very brash and loud, scaring Izuku a bit, but Masaru was always there to balance it out. He had been excelling in his school work now that there was no bias towards him. All of his classes were over online videos or Zoom calls with teachers, helping him to trust his teachers more than he did at his other schools.

His relationship with Katsuki had gotten better. He no longer called him Deku, but still called him names, Izuku liked to think they were more so terms of endearment than anything. He also started training! After confessing to Katsuki that he had still wanted to be a hero, though in a different light now, Katsuki had insulted him.

"You? You can't be a hero looking like that. You have no muscle, no speed, no stamina, no endurance. None of the things that heroes need to be heroes," he recalls being told. Though the next morning he woke up to a note on his desk. The note read a recommended schedule for the green haired boy to follow, with a small note in the corner. The note in the corner told him that if he missed a day Katsuki would be coming after him, assuming he's throwing the rare act of kindness out.

He had begun bulking up, visible by his loss of baby fat around his face. After Katsuki saw his improvement they would even spar in the backyard, quirkless of course. Katsuki had belittled him for wanting to still be a hero while being quirkless, but had ended his spiel with a mutter of not getting killed during hero school.

All in all, his life was balancing out. Mitsuki was still motherly, treating Izuku as she does her son. Masaru was giving Izuku the male role model he had craved his whole life, even if he was always overcome by his wife and son. And Katsuki was, well, Katsuki. He never let him slack, never allowing him to overexert himself or stay up too late, but he also started being friendlier with Izuku. Now they had Bi-Monthly movie nights where they strayed from their strict food and training regimes for just the night.

The only thing bothering Izuku was if he wanted to keep his soon to be daughter, yes daughter. Izuku had requested that Tsukauchi keep him updated during Aoki's pregnancy, as he wanted to make sure the baby was healthy but couldn't stand being near the woman. He had been told that she was healthy and developing at a good rate.

He had been informed more about his choices by Sansa during a visit at the station, being told that he could name her whether he wanted to keep her or not, but ultimately it was his decision if he wanted foster or adoptive parents to name her if he chose to give her up.

He had only two more weeks before he had to inform Tsukauchi of his choice, though he was relatively confident he knew what his answer would be. He just had to ask his current guardians if they agreed with his choice.

He heard the front door open and, knowing it was Katsuki, walking to his doorway. As soon as Katsuki noticed Izuku watching him his scowl changed to a confused expression, as Izuku was usually hiding or in the kitchen when he got home. Izuku looked at Katsuki then at Katsuki's room, something he did when he wanted to talk in private.

Katsuki nodded, then disappeared into his room. A minute later he came out in his lounge clothes and waved for Izuku to come into his room. Once the door was closed he went to his speaker and put music on, to make sure the adults in the house weren't secretly listening to their conversation.

"What's up Nerd?" Katsuki asked, sitting at his desk chair.

"I- uhm. I wanted to talk about the baby th-hing really quickly," Izuku said, rubbing his arms.

Katsuki's eyebrows shot up, they hadn't talked about this for a while, not that it was any of his business. He looked confused at Izuku.

Izuku started rushing out his words, "I know this i-isn't any of your business but I wanted to ask you about it before I asked your parents. I think I want to keep the baby but I don't want to both-h-her you with her because we'll be down the hall and you h-have school and all that stuff and I don't, but I wanted your opinion on what you think your parents will think because I-I'm scared to ask them because they already h-h-h-h-ave you and me and I don't want to add to their stress-"
