It was officially the first day of school! Izuku was excited for Katsuki, but Katsuki was not. They had gotten closer during the last month, Mitsuki and Masaru leaving a few days after the acceptance letters had come in.
"Are you sure you're okay? I can come home at lunch, we live close enough to the school for it. Text me if you need anything, and remember, test her milk on your forearm before you-"
"Kacchan," Izuku said coolly, smoothing out the sides of Katsuki's Yuuei uniform, "I'll be fine. I know how to take care of my own daughter. Now, get out of here or you'll be later than you're already going to be."
Katsuki nodded, squeezing Izuku's hand as he left the door, "Bye, Izuku. Text if you need anything."
Izuku shook his head as he kicked Katsuki out of the house. Honestly, he never thought he would be joking with Kacchan, much less kicking him out of his own house. Izuku was shaken from his train of thought as he heard Ichika start fussing.
He could feel that his cheeks were heated, though he assumed it was just from the sudden change from the windy air outside and the heat from inside the house. He made his way to the living room where she was lying in her crib.
He picked her up, "Good morning, My Love," he walked around the house with her, as she was usually just fussy when she wanted attention.
He realized that he should probably get a baby holder, one of the chest ones, so he didn't have to make his arms sore quickly. He looked at his phone, it would probably be around nine or ten in America right now.
He sent a text to Mitsuki, asking her if she agreed. She called him and told him which kind to look for and which brands are good and which to stay away from. He talked with her as he unlocked and unfolded Ichika's stroller, getting ready to go out.
He was about to put her in the crib when he got a notification. He checked and saw that Mitsuki had transferred money into the bank account that they had set up for him, as Katsuki already had one.
"Mitsuki-san! That really isn't necessary! I have enough in my account to get a carrier and much more!
Mitsuki laughed, "No, Izuku. You deserve it anyway. I'm not there to go out with you and help you more, this is the least I can do from halfway across the world. Make sure to text Katsuki though, he would freak out if he didn't get any notifications of your presence in the house."
Izuku laughed and placed Ichika in her stroller, giving her some toys and clipping a pacifier to her sleeve. He hung up his call with Mitsuki before texting Katsuki that he was going out with Ichika to pick something up.
Katsuki paused outside of his classroom as his phone went off in his pocket. He saw that Izuku texted him, letting him know he was taking Ichika out. He was about to reply, something about making sure that Izuku turned his location services on, when he felt eyes on him.
He was used to the feeling, though usually they felt like a soft stare, as the eyes were usually Izuku's doe eyes or Ichika's curious ones. This feeling was uncomfortable, the hairs on his neck standing up. He turned around just to see a fucking giant caterpillar.
"What the fuck?"
The caterpillar stood up, they weren't supposed to do that, right? Something had started zipping down the middle of the fucking thing, almost making him jump again. He calmed down when he saw a man step out.
He stared at the man, giving him an up and down, before his eyes landed on the goggles. The yellow goggles hanging off the guy's shoulders.
Katsuki's eyes widened and he snorted, "Goddammit. Izuku was right. Thanks old man, now I owe Izuku katsudon."
