Lunch, that same day.

Hailey sat at her desk in homeroom. Her material was scattered over her desk while she stared at the paint stains on her uniform that Garrett unintentionally caused. She had received a scolding at the hall monitors for having these stains on her clothing as they thought it was not a part of the school's code of conduct. She does not have an extra uniform as this was the only one the school provided her once she received and accepted the scholarship.

She only sighed at the incident and continued scanning for emptied materials for her to work on. Garrett usually helped her during lunch and when the school would close once the extracurriculars students would leave. She enjoyed his company Alot, but she could not occupy his schedule as much. He was second in the grade, he needs time to rest as well or at least prepare himself for the exams coming.

Suddenly, a knocked was heard from the classroom door. That must be the mysterious assistance that the teacher has assigned Hailey too. She smiled brightly as she lifts her head, but that smile immediately dropped once she saw a tall figure leaning on the door frame with his bag slung on his side. He had a dashing smile plastered on his face. The blood rushed to her cheeks in seconds. That must be a world record. She could not breath. She could not breath properly.

What was breathing at this point??

She internally stared to panic when she realized, THE Oliver was going to help her, but her eyes widened as wide as tennis balls when she realized that her future hubby, yes, she said it.... Will see how dumb she was. She internally cursed her teacher whom probably was laughing at her suffering, "Are you okay?" said a deep voice directly next to her. She flinched at the sudden voice.

She was jumpy.

She was fidgeting with the skirt.

She looked everywhere, but him. Her face was as hot as a blazing fire. She could not handle this much attention from this one male. She had no problem talking to others about him from afar or making fake scenarios of them in her head where she was as confident as ever or when she has to stare at him from afar. That was not a problem, but she never knew he could be this handsome up close.

The angels must of heard her pleas and took it to literal...

Oliver tilted his head in confusion to see the female before him was currently malfunctioning. He gave her a sweet smile at her reactions. He never received this reaction before... It was quite refreshing to see someone that would not talk about his progress in his grades nor only asking him to help them with their homework. He was happy to help out where it was needed, so he stared at her worked on materials  and smiled happily...

They were correct.

Each one.

Why does she need his help then?

He swiftly made himself comfortable in the seat where her companion would seat herself in homeroom. Oliver stared in interest at how red Hailey's ears were, wanting to reach out to it, just to feel how warm they might be, "You are Hailey, correct?" he questioned once more. His full attention on the girl that was screaming within her being.

She nodded.

The male slightly smiled at the scene before him, "I am Oliver." he introduced himself with a bright smile. It was that bright smile that could make her explode.

She wanted to hide.

She wanted to run out of this room and scream.

She knew his name.

She knew everything about him.

She only nodded at his introduction, "pleased to meet you, sweetheart."

She wanted to die at that moment. He just called her sweetheart. SWEETHEART. she did not know if it was possible for her cheeked to turn a darker shade, but it did. She was on fire at this point. She wanted to open the window that she stares out of each day and jump out of it.

He should be locked up for making her feel like this.

She nodded once more.

"You a shy one, aren't you?" he smirked at himself and leaned back while staring at the female that stared at her material page, "I am sure you will be comfortable with me soon." he informed her as he leaned closer to her, "I will be the one helping you... After all." he chuckled taking in her expression.

She nodded

"I will go easy on you..." he scanned her briefly then turned to the classroom door, "You have been getting the equations correct. So, we could kick it up a notch." he thought aloud, knowing well whom taught her that method of solving an equation. He can not undo what he had taught her already, he had to add on, "Tomorrow, I will ask the teacher for other materials, so you can just finish those up and ask me for help when you need it." he placed his large hand on her shoulder suddenly which caused her to flinch and back away slightly.

Oliver noticed this and sighed out sadly, but his smirk never failed to fade off his facial expression, instead it grew once he saw a certain male grip onto his lunch bag as he took in the scene that played before him..
