*I came up with this story after season two ended, and during the two-week break after chapter 247. So when it comes to Sukuna's cursed technique and backstory, I came up with it with the help of reading through many jjk fan theories. So it probably won't be correct when we hopefully find these things out. I sadly didn't start writing most of this until a couple months later, so again if some things aren't matching up with the manga, that's why. *

Also, ***This story will have manga spoilers*****

Another thing is this story will not have any smut. The mature tag will be for gore and violence, cause this story will have a lot of that.

The most powerful sorcerers were the loneliest people. Sukuna Ryomen, "King of Curses" from the Heian era. Kashimo Hajime, the "God of Lightning" from the Yayoi era. And of course Gojo Satoru, "The Strongest" from the current age. Each was the strongest of their time. But with being the strongest, it also made them the loneliest. When you're the strongest and no one can beat you, life can become boring and lonely. No one will ever be at your level.

Only Sukuna Ryomen, even if it wasn't for long, didn't feel this loneliness.

She appeared out of nowhere. Like a ghost, she had suddenly been called into existence. Maybe it was his heart that called out to her, begging her to finally return to him. It had taken her far too long to answer his call, or maybe it just took a while to receive it. But she was here now and that was all that mattered.

Arisu Kosuke.

She looked the same. Maybe in this lifetime she was a little shorter, but she was still his. Her hair was the same shade of ebony he remembered it being. Her eyes still a haunting shade of lilac. Even that expression on her face was the same.

Just as she was all those years ago. All he wanted was her back in his arms. He wanted to. He wanted her so much. But something stopped him. It was the stupid brat. This child was keeping him from her. It was so annoying that he wanted to rip the brat's own heart out.

Who the hell was this kid to keep him from his love?

The white-haired man next to Kosuke radiated cursed energy, powerful enough to go toe to toe with him. He told the brat to give him ten seconds. Sukuna felt the bars in his jail cell weaken. He reached out, towards her, pulling on the bars, prying them open.

He was free. With that freedom he lunged at her, desperate for her touch.

"Make your choice, Arisu-chan."

Her hands were trembling. Her eyes were wet with tears. Why did this have to happen? All she had ever known was taken from her in a matter of seconds. She knew this man, why was he attacking his own village? His own family?

"I-" She looked past him at the two girls hiding behind him. Mimiko and Nanako. She knew them, she saw them around town a lot.

"Decide fast, they'll be here soon."

"I..." She had to fight for the words to come out. Grief had wrapped its invisible hand around her small neck, making it difficult for any words to come out. "I couldn't imagine going with a monster like you."

She was well aware that the answer she gave him could get her killed. But she took the risk. Maybe then he could put her out of her misery and lay her to rest with her family. Her mother, father, her two older sisters. She had only been away from them for a little bit, but she already missed them terribly.
