The next couple of weeks went by in a flash. Kosuke went to school and Gojo was exorcising curses. He only left her alone a couple of days, but he would always at least come home no matter how late at night it was. One the weekends or any day they had off together, Kosuke and Gojo would work on jujutsu. On some days Megumi would join them too.

Despite Megumi and Kosuke spending most of their time together, the two still didn't get along. Kosuke was nothing short of nice and polite to him, but he didn't seem to care about any of the efforts she was making. He mostly just ignored her. Kosuke took his silence a little more than personally, which made her try ten times harder to get him to like her.

Gojo watched on with humor. He thought it was funny how little the two got along. But on another note, it made him sad to see how hard Kosuke was trying to get him to like her. He wished she didn't care so much. Maybe is she did, then Megumi would actually respect her more.

"Hey Fushiguro," Kosuke walked over to Megumi with a bright smile. His green eyes glared over at her; she had interrupted the homework he was working on. He didn't respond, so Kosuke took that as a sign to go on. "When Satoru-sama and I went to the market I saw these and thought you would like them." She held out the little ginger candies for him.

Megumi didn't say anything. He looked over at Tsumiki then to Gojo, they were both looking at him. He grabbed one of the candies and thanked her in a voice as quietly as he could.

Kosuke held the bag out to him. "They're for you. I bought them for you."

"You mean Gojo bought them." Megumi took the bag from her.

"Am I going to have to worry about the three of you while I'm gone?" Gojo asked.

Kosuke shook her head. "There's nothing to worry about, Satoru-sama." She walked over to him. "Please stay safe."

"Call if you need anything, or Utahime."

She shook her head. "I will."

He rubbed the top of her head. "See you later." He said goodbye to them all and left out the door.

It was quiet for a moment with just Kosuke staring at the door. Gojo had some mission in Northern Japan, so Kosuke was staying with the Fushiguros for a couple of days. Gojo offered to call Utahime, but Kosuke didn't want to be a burden on her, so she told him not to bother. As soon as Tsumiki had heard that Gojo would be gone for a couple of days she jumped on the opportunity to have Kosuke stay with them. Again, Kosuke didn't want to be a burden, but Tsumiki seemed excited, so Kosuke agreed.

"Have you finished your homework, Kosuke?" Tsumiki asked, trying to pry her attention away from the closed door.

Kosuke turned her back to the door. "Yeah, I have." Even if school was going better, Kosuke still didn't feel the need to do her homework. So she did just enough to get a passable grade.

"What would you like to do?" Tsumiki was also done with her homework.

"Mind if I watch my show?" She felt bad turning it on without Gojo, but he assured her to watch it without him.

"Doesn't bother me, I should start making dinner." Tsumiki walked off into the kitchen. Kosuke sat on the couch and went to find the remote. She grabbed it and turned the tv on. From the dining room table, she could hear Megumi sigh loudly. Kosuke hadn't heard him, so she scrolled through the programs to find it. Once she did she turned up the volume and settled in.

"Do you really have to watch that?" Megumi sighed.

"I can turn it down?"

"I would rather you turn it off."
