Drews POV.
. . .
"Perfect. And that leaves...Andrew and Alexander."
My eyes widened as the teacher announced my seatmate.
Zander...Seriously?!
Sure, I was happy that I didn't have to sit next to Jake for the rest of the year, but Zander?!
I sighed, not even bothering to argue.
This day couldn't get any worse...
I sat next to Zander, both of us being completely silent.
What could we even say..? We hated each other, this is the worst possible outcome for both of us.
Guess it could've been worse- In my case at least...
I heard Zander let out a low groan, clearly upset about the situation.
I rolled my eyes, but didn't say anything.
"This literally cannot be happening right now..." I heard him mutter under his breath.
"Yeah, well it's not like I enjoy the situation either, but you don't see me complaining, do you?" I snapped quietly.
I sighed.
"Let's just get this over with, no use arguing now." I added, not wanting to start an argument.
After all...I didn't want to make my mood even worse...
Nothing has gone my way since the argument.
Not only did I lose my bestfriend, but I also have to live with the fact that...He ditched me completely, and didn't even bat an eye.
Maybe he never even cared.
He waited until he wanted to get back at me for something I didn't even do to even tell me that I was being cheated on. And he didn't even apologize for not telling me for the longest time.
I sighed aloud, laying my head down on the desk.
I watched the teacher ramble and point at things on the board, but I wasn't really paying attention.
I was too busy thinking about Jake...The person I wanted to forget most.
I found myself gazing at him as he sat next to Hailey, whispering and giggling quietly.
Watching how he's happier without me.
I lifted my head and sneakily grabbed my phone from my pocket, immediately being greeted with a bunch of notifications.
Some from Henry and Liam, some from other people, another one of Zoeys alt accounts, and app notifications...None from Jake, of course.
I glanced at Henry and Liam, their expressions sad. They weren't even talking like they usually do- Which is odd for them...
I sighed again.
