After an unexpected encounter, Alice and Kate went to Anya's room. They took a short nap in the same room until the staff knocked on the door to give Anya morning medication.

Kate had to report for the morning surgery so she left Alice in the room and went back to her duty. She didn't forget to promise that she'd meet Ali for lunch.

Kate's room

Becky was the first person to wake up in the morning as the sun's rays sparkled through the window directly on her face. She looked around and realized that they were sleeping in Kate's room and hadn't got any information about Anya since night. She immediately shook Freen from sleep. It took some minutes for both of them to dress up after their never-ending love-making sessions.

Becky felt a sharp pain when she tried to get up and sit in the bed. She turned towards Freen and gave a death glare, Freen turned her head to the other side while scratching her nape. Freen knew Becky must be going through a lot of pain so she carried her to the bathroom and helped her to wear her dress. After what Freen did last night Becky couldn't walk properly, she winced in pain with each step.

"Sorry Bec, it was not intentional", said Freen without looking into her eyes.

They directly went to Anya's room and had a brief talk with Alice about Anya's condition. Alice was trying hard to hide the naughty smirk by biting her inner cheeks. Even though Becky noticed that she didn't question as they were discussing about Anya there.

They waited in the same room for the neurologist to arrive. All the reports of Anya came back clean, so it was just an injury. They felt better after hearing this. The doctor also assured them that Anya would recover fully within two weeks and she had to stay in the hospital at least for a week. Freen agreed to the doctor.

Anya looked like a sleeping angel. Becky couldn't stop herself from admiring Anya. After so long today she felt complete. Everything she wanted for herself in a little family with her Freen. She couldn't be more happy in her life.

Freen realized they hadn't had anything since yesterday so she asked Becky and Alice to accompany her to the cafeteria in the hospital. Alice discreetly refused and told them that she'd look after Anya and would have something later because only she knew that Kate had promised her lunch.

Freen and Becky went to the cafe to get something to eat for themselves when they came back they saw Alice and Kate discussing something. On seeing Freen and Becky, poor Kate couldn't control her sly smile.

"What?? Why are you smiling??", Freen asked in a tone of doubt.

"No, there's nothing," said, Kate

Kate looked as red as a tomato.

"Kate, are you blushing?", Becky exclaimed

Alice nudged Kate without anyone noticing but Becky noticed the facial changes between Alice and Kate. Becky doubted that they knew something.

"Wrong hole..." Alice imitated Becky in a low seductive voice.

Now blushing becomes Freen and Becky turns. The situation turned into a pleasant one after a mocking session where Alice made fun of Freen and Becky.

"Dada .." they heard a feeble voice.

Anya was awake. Her sight was blurry due to injury. It took some time for her to see clearly the surroundings, she saw Freen and Becky laughing with Alice and Kate.

Becky was standing in Freen's hold. Freen has snaked her arm around Becky's hip. Anya's face immediately changed after seeing Becky.

On hearing Anya's voice everyone rushed to her side. Becky loved Anya unconditionally even before she knew that she was her biological mother. Don't have to ask now. Everyone cried around Anya.

Anya called Freen close to her and wiped her tears.

"Dada don't cry. I'm here with you now", Anya said with a cute smile.

She didn't mind Becky's presence. She spoke with Alice and Kate but not with Becky. She didn't even look in her direction. Everyone has noticed Anya ignoring Becky intentionally. Becky stood there with eyes full of tears and a heart full of stagnant love and unbearable pain.

Kate whispered to Freen and Alice to exit the room with her so that Becky could have a little private time with Anya. Before leaving the room Kate placed her hand on Becky's shoulder and patted her gently.

"We still don't know why she is ignoring you. Take it slow", said Kate in a low voice and left the room with Freen and Alice.

Becky slowly approached Anya and took her tiny hands into her hand and caressed it with her other hand.

"Baby doll... What happened? You don't want me here?" Becky asked with tears rolling out of her eyes.

Anya was looking towards the other side

"Princess, did I do anything wrong?" Becky asked and broke down in front of her daughter.

Anya couldn't stand seeing Becky crying. It was hurting to see Becky in that condition.

"Baby please talk to me.. please talk to me..."" Becky pleaded to her daughter.

Mumma, why did you leave Dada and me? Did you hate us?" Anya asked in her baby voice. Her eyes were filled with tears when she asked this question to Becky.

Becky was shocked to hear the worst thing from Anya, the thing which has been eating her from yesterday, the thing which Becky is afraid of explaining to Anya. She doesn't know how to feel at the moment.

Do I have to feel happy that Anya called me mumma or I should be afraid of how I am going to explain to her everything that happened in the past? Becky's mind was full of questions.

"How d...did.. you know....know?" Becky asked in a trembling voice.

Alice didn't speak a word instead she pulled out her chain and reached out to her locket and opened it.

Becky's jaw dropped in shock. Her whole body started to tremble, she started to sweat profusely. She felt her heart was beating against her ribcage. She felt dizzy and everything floating around her.

"Mumma Mumma..." Anya shouted.

Blood started to drip drop by drop from her nose and she fell to the ground.

"Dada.... Dada ... Dada..." Anya screamed

Hearing Anya's voice Freen barged into the room seeing Anya crying uncontrollably and Becky on the floor. She rushed to the bedside and lifted Becky. On seeing Becky's face Freen could figure out what had happened.

"Mumma... Mumma..." Anya was still crying and calling Becky

That took everyone by surprise.

"How did she know?" When Freen and Alice were wondering, Kate showed them the opened locket of Anya.
