Suspecions (Chapter 4)

Virgil walked me to the lounge seats beside the pool which I sat down in. He gave me his towel and jumped in to see his brothers.

"Nice of you to finally join us lover boy."

Scott said to Virgil.

"Guessing those two blondes couldn't keep their mouths shut could they."

He said looking at the other two who smiled quietly.
Scott shook his head. I listened to what they had just said while trying to engage in my book but I just couldn't. 5 minutes later I heard people get out of the pool, and who other than Gordon and Alan came over.

"Be careful Adelaide."

I heard from Virgil as he came over to the side of the pool, ready to help me in case I find it a little tricky.

"Adelaide, why aren't you in the pool with us?"

Gordon said with a smirk on his face.

"Because one, I'm not wearing togs and two, I'm alright reading and just watching you guys."

"But you love watching Virgil the most I can tell."

Was what Alan said. I shot him a glare and pretended to be engulfed in my book. Scott before I knew it, took my book from my hands and put it on the table. Then him and the two blondes got me out of my chair and went to push me in. Luckily as they shoved me, I took hold of Gordon and Alan pulling them in with me. Once I returned to the surface, Virgil swam over to me asking if I was alright. The other three made hearts with their hands and I just didn't listen to them.

I told Virgil I was fine with a smile and the two of us planned revenge. I got on Virgil's shoulders and said to the others to have a game of who falls first. Alan went first on Scott's shoulders and within 10 seconds I had him splash into the water. Gordon then versed me and this time it was 30 seconds before I had him lose too.

I dismounted off Virgil's shoulders about to make my move to get Scott who was swimming away, trying to avoid playing against me before Virgil pulled me around to him for no reason. Chest to chest we stood ignoring the 'awes' and the 'I ship them' comments as we rested our foreheads together. I bit my lip and looked into his eyes before I told him to help me get Scott and then I'll watch a movie with him after tea. He nodded at the idea and we made our way over to Scott.

"Uh Scott, you may wanna move a bit faster if you don't want to be beaten by those two."

Alan said before Scott turned around to see Virgil and I swimming towards him at a fast speed, cornering him into a corner.

"Please no guys. Addie, I saw how you wasted them and honestly, your quite tough and please don't hurt me."

I started laughing then made a smirk on my face and went over to Scott as he walked backwards right to the edge of the pool.

"Oh Scott. I won't play you this time."

I said then giving him a hug.

"How about we go for those blondes? All we need is a good plan."

Virgil said turning to look at Gordon and Alan.

"And I know just the one."

Scott said. As we went to get what was needed, Kayo came out in togs and asked us what we were doing.

"Wanna help us revenge on Gordon and Alan Kayo?"

I said as we went into the room full of water toys.

"Sure, those two have been a little over the top jokers lately and I could use a reason to get Alan back for all the things he's done."

The four of us went to grab four noodles and an inflatable raft. We then when the two were inside, placed the raft in the pool and hid in the water behind a board. Five minutes later, we heard laughter and were ready.
