A/N: Hey! Sorry this chapter is a bit short. I've had zero motivation to do anything but I wanted to get something out cause it's been a while. Hope you enjoy! 💞
Her father saying 'again' echoes in her head.
"What did he mean by that?"
"Why would he say that?"
"Do I have a sibling?"
"No that's not possible! Mother and father were sweethearts at a young age then they got married after dating for 4 years then 2 years into their marriage they had me. They couldn't have had another kid. And even if they did, the child wouldn't have been old enough to go to lessons so why would he say that?!"
Lilith is frustrated.
She wants answers.
"Why am I now thinking about this years after he said it??"
"Maybe seeing that father got rid of mothers chair sparked some old memories."
"It's probably nothing. Maybe my aunt had a kid and they failed something in lessons."
After an hour of not tossing and turning, Lilith finally gets some sleep.
She wakes up a few hours later and goes to the kitchen.
As she walks past the kitchen table, she spots a note.
Lilith steps back to the table and picks up the note.
"Lilith- I have to work at the bakery for a little longer tonight. I put some soup in the fridge.
-Dad"
She rolls her eyes and puts the note down.
This was the third time this week he had to stay in late.
"More time to be in the forest I guess..." She thinks as she walks out the door and down the pathway to the forest.
As she approaches the log that she always sits on, she sees the prince of Asgard.
Again, sorry for the short chapter I was going to add onto this but I didn't because then I would have to write more and I already had this so I decided to just publish this and try to make next chapter longer. Bye! 💚
