"Are you going to take a lava bath?" Shark asks me.
"I'm not going Shark, you can go!"
"Come on, you stay in the room while this happens! Then we can talk..."
"Alright then" I head towards home. Sharkboy goes to take his shower, and I watch the landscape from the bedroom window. I soon saw a butterfly struggling trying to find a way out, and I tried to help it. "Hi little friend...Come here!" I reach out my hand and try to take it. But by accident, I ended up burning it and turning it into small particles of ash. "No, what did I do?" I remark indignantly "My power is useless!" I let tears escape my eyes, I was overflowing with anger, burning everything that came close to me. I go into my closet and close the door.
"POV'S Sharkboy"
I finish taking my shower, and put on a robe. I leave the bathroom and go look for Lava
"Lava, open the door please?" I knock on the bedroom door, but to no avail.
"Lava, are you there?" I scream without an answer
"I'm going to need to go in!" I use my strength and open the door with everything.
I quickly searched with my eyes, however, I didn't see Lava. With my super hearing, I hear her sweet and melodic voice, probably, she is in the closet. I go in there, and I was right...Lava was crying, I didn't understand why! So, I kneel down and face the woman who had red liquid coming out of her eyes in the form of tears.
"Hi Lavinha, what do you have?" She didn't say anything to me, however, she handed me a powder of ash
"I don't understand..." I observe curiously
"Can't you see? All I want is to help and I always screw up! I am destruction! Why did Max make me like this?"
"You are not destruction!"
"You're lying just because you're my friend!"
"I'm not lying!...You could be better, but you were made to be this way. I know who you are Lavagirl. You are not fire, you are not a simple flame, you are much more than that, you are most important and necessary, and that's why you have to live. You are not destruction, you are not evil, you are the Lavagirl Light. And for me, you are much more, you are not just the source of light, you are a beautiful girl with an incandescence as bright as Earth's Sun and a lifelong friend I wouldn't dare part with." I hug her tight, and for the first time, she didn't burn me, I wouldn't care if she had either.
Lavagirl just needed someone who believed that she was not destruction to finally feel confident enough to control her powers. That's the least I could do for her. Lava reciprocates with an unexpected attitude: She approaches my body and kisses my lips, I grab her waist, hug her and kiss her, in my entire life, we had never had physical contact. I position myself on top of her as she takes off my towel, and gives her neck a few hickeys "Shark" She moans my name "Did you close the door?" She asks and I immediately get up, close the door and get back on top of her.
"Where were we?"
POV'S Narrator.
Meanwhile, all the heroic people were in the room waiting for afternoon coffee.
"Guys, who's missing?...ok, I already found out" Marcos says when he hears Lavagirl's moans. A few seconds later the moans become louder, more intense and more frequent...
"I knew it was going to happen, I told you so!" Max screams
"Yeah, looks like you won the bet." Phenomenon states.
Anitta then arrives with afternoon coffee. "Where's Sharkboy and Lavagirl?" Everyone looks up when they hear another groan.
"Okay, I understand..." Anitta responds
"Are they going to eat later?" Vox asks
"Surely they will only show up for dinner, dear"
"But he's already eating!" Marco laughs
"Frames!" Everyone scolded
"Anyway, we're not going to take care of other people's lives... Isn't that right, Marcos?" Anitta says and everyone laughs.
"Anyway... Let's not intrude" Anitta returns to distributing the plates with Pancakes and cups of coffee, after all, it was already 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
{7:48 p.m.}
"Good morning Sharkboy" She gives him a kiss on his cheek
"Good morning princess" He reciprocates with an intense kiss on your lips.
"I suppose we missed afternoon coffee"
"Sure, it's already dark. Come on, let's get dressed." He holds out his hand, which she holds and leans on to get up.
Sharkboy puts on a gray sweatshirt set, and Lava puts on a pink set. At night, it is very cold there.
They go to the living room together and wide awake.
"Hi guys, how are you?" Lavagirl asks.
"It's fine here, and I guarantee it's fine with you too!" Anitta says and everyone laughs
"I said it would happen one time or another!" Mark says
"Alright, you guys win!" Shark says.
"Anyway, dinner will be served in a few minutes" Anitta says.
"We're waiting then!" Lavagirl states hungry
After a few minutes, Anitta serves dinner and sits down with us "Guys, I have something to say!" Everyone looks at Anitta due to the sound caused by the meeting of the cup and a fork that she was holding. "What could Anitta be?" I say curious
"The government will make a statement that will change your lives"
"What do you mean by that?" Sharkboy asks
"You'll find out tomorrow dear" Anitta smiles
And Anitta was right, this event would change everything we do so far.
