Chapter 5

Over the next few weeks nothing really happened. It was the same routine: wake up, eat breakfast, go to my room or train, then eat lunch then get to the training room then after training I eat dinner then take a shower then go to sleep. It was now September 1st and we were at the train station. "Now, Winta, we want you to be careful around Dumbledore, the teachers are on our side but they'll act like they are on the 'light side'. You have already learned occlumency, correct?" Mother asked. "Yes and I have also taught Draco, just in case." I said. "Good, now go on, we'll owl your weapons to you tomorrow." Father said. "Alright." I said and turned around after giving them both hugs. "See you soon!" I called out to them and got on the train to find an empty compartment. We found a compartment and sat down. Since we were early, so no one was here yet. I got a book from my bag to read while we waited. After a while, people started getting on the train and saw our friends getting on. Our friends got to our compartment and sat down with us. "So how are you two?" Pansy Parkinson said. "Good." I said. "How about you guys?" I asked. "Good." They chorused together. The rest of the train ride was boring, so I just started reading again. When we got to the castle we got on the boats to go to the castle. We got to the castle and were led to a set of stairs where we waited to be sorted into our houses. Just then a tall woman with a black witch hat and her hair was up in a bun. "Welcome to Hogwarts."  Said the woman. "The start-of-term banquet will begin shortly, but before you take your seats, you must be sorted into your houses. There's Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. Your house will be like your family, your triumphs will earn you points any rule breaking and you will lose points." The witch explained, and walked away. A little while later she came back and said "We're ready for you now." and walked through the giant oak doors. We followed her to the Great hall and walked to the front of the room. She stood next to a stool with an old hat sitting on it. "When I call your name, you will come forth, I shall place the Sorting Hat on your head, and you will be sorted into your houses." She said "Hermione Granger." she called out.  "GRYFFINDOR! We heard the hat yell. The Gryffindor table clapped loudly. "Draco Malfoy." She called out again. Draco walked up in a pureblood manner and sat down on the stool and before the hat even touched his head the hat yelled "SLYTHERIN!". Draco walked to the Slytherin table that was clapping very loudly. "Winta Gryffindor Hufflepuff Ravenclaw Slytherin Peverel Merlin Malfoy  Grindelwald Nightfury Haddock Black Tonks Snape Lupin." She called out my name. I walked forward as everyone in the Great Hall gasped in shock and started murmuring. I sat down on the stool and heard the hat talking "Well hello. You are very difficult to place, the fierceness of a Gryffindor, the loyalty of a Hufflepuff, the wisdom of a Ravenclaw, and the sneakiness and slyness of a Slytherin. I know." The Hat said. "SLYTHERIN," it paused as the Slytherins clapped. "HUFFLEPUFF!" another pause. "RAVENCLAW!" it paused again. "GRYFFINDOR!" It shouted. There was a stunned silence. "SILVERWING!" The hat shouted and started talking in my head again " "Welcome home, Winta, you are the descendant of the four founders of Hogwarts which means only you can bring the founders back." I smirked and walked to the new table and sat down. I heard the Sorting Hat say "I think it's time for a resorting." "Why?" The headmaster asked, getting a little nervous. "We have a new house, and the colors will be ice blue, red, and black." I yelled from my seat. "Only the descendant of-" He stopped mid-sentence. "The descendant of the four founders of Hogwarts? You're looking at her!" I yelled at them again. Dumbledore paled drastically, and sat back down. "Fine everyone gets resorted." He said. Everyone got resorted and very few went into Silverwing which were: Fred Weasley, George Weasley, Percy Weasley, Draco, Pansy, Blaise, Theodore, Luna Lovegood, and a few Ravenclaws I didn't know. After the resorting, the feast started. When the feast ended everyone went to their dormitories. Professor Snape led us to our dormitory which was in the Chamber of Secrets. When we got to the second floor girls bathroom, I used parseltongue and opened the Chamber of Secrets. "Stairs"  I said and made stairs appear. We got to the dormitory and were told the rules until we all went to bed.
