"Hello ARMY!"

"Hi ARMY!" Yeji waved at the camera, looking at the viewer count rising from zero to over fifty thousand in a matter of seconds. A soft smile crept onto her face.

"Today, I'm inviting a very special member onto the show," Seokjin explained, pointing to Yeji. "Everyone, I have JiJi here with me. Please give her a warm welcome."

The comments immediately began to spam happy comments to Yeji, excited for her presence.

jangjini2: YAYAYAYAAY YEJI

kookoppar: YEJI SAY HI TO JK FOR ME

namj00se: Yeji say hi to Australia! ♥

"In order for Yeji to prove herself worthy of being on Eat Jin, she is going to help me cook a dish right now. Yeji, do you want to tell them what we're making?"

"Today we are making gamja jorim!*" She said, a happy smile growing on her face.

*Korean braised potatoes.

"Now Yeji, do you want to explain why we're making gamja jorim?" Seokjin said, turning to his co partner.

Yeji hid her face before saying, "It's all I know how to cook."

The two laughed for a moment at her answer before finally regaining themselves. "Now that ARMY knows you can't cook, lets get started," Jin chuckled.

In hindsight, gamja jorim isn't something that is hard to make. But with the addition of Yeji in the kitchen, Seokjin couldn't help but laugh his way through the entire cooking process.

While he started dicing a yellow onion, he gave Yeji the task to dice the green onion. She sat quietly in the corner, doing her task as told.

All of a sudden, Jungkook walked into the kitchen. He made his presence known by singing a random song loudly. When Yeji noticed him, she pointed it out to ARMY.

"ARMY, Jungkook is here!"

This caught Jungkooks attention, causing him to walk over. His hair was messy, so he ran his fingers through his hair before joining the screen with Yeji. "Oh, is this V-Live?" He asked, waving to the camera.

"Yes, you're on Eat Jin. We're making gamja jorim," She explained. Jungkook nodded, inspecting the foods they were cutting.

"Seokjin, you look so professional over there!" Jungkook said, taking the phone over to his side of the kitchen.

He had perfectly diced a yellow onion, and now, was onto dicing a carrot. Jungkook brought the camera close to his hands, causing Seokjin to laugh.

"Kook, are you going to help us?" Seokjin asked.

Jungkook immediately shook his head and walked back over to Yeji. "I'll help you eat it, but I can't cook."

He zoomed in on Yeji's cutting method, who was still cutting her green onion for going on five minutes. The two laughed heartily as Jungkook made fun of her for her sad cooking skills. She reminded him that she was the one who was actually cooking, not him.

After she was done cutting the onion and showing it off to ARMY, Seokjin gave her the task of weighing a pound of halved baby potatoes. When she was done with that, she needed to mince garlic.

Weighing a pound of halved potatoes was easy for her; all she had to do was cut tiny potatoes in half then add them onto a scale. She showed off her skills to the livestream as well as to Seokjin, who could only laugh at of pity.

"Okay, I did the potatoes. What else did you say to do?" Yeji asked, piling the potatoes into a bowl.

"Mince the garlic. I have some cloves over here," Seokjin said, pointing to some garlic cloves with his knife. She walked over and grabbed a pile of them before returning to her spot.

Once she made sure Seokjin wasn't looking, she got close to the camera and whispered, "Guys, what does it mean to mince garlic... I think he's making up cooking terms."

She watched carefully as the comments flew by with explanations. She caught one comment that explained what mincing the garlic meant. Peel the skin, smash it with a knife, then cut it into fine pieces.

Peeling the skin was hard on its own, but when she got to smashing the garlic, she quickly lost all of her motivation. She set up the camera to focus on the knife and the garlic, and when she attempted to smash it and failed, the comments quickly filled with laughter.

sseok71: Yeji, u smash the garlic, not turn it into paste 😭

Yeji read the comment before looking down, realizing she might've smashed it a little too much. With the next few cloves, she made sure to press down softer before chopping them all up.

While she did so, Seokjin entered the frame. "Is she doing good over here, ARMY? Should she be invited back?"

Yeji paused to read the comments. The first answer she noticed was "No!", causing her to burst out laughing.

"Someone wrote no," She laughed, moving all of her minced garlic to the side. Seokjin joined in with his laughter before moving back to the other side of the kitchen.

The rest of the cooking went as good as it could. When Seokjin told Yeji to carefully drop the potatoes into the hot oil, she accidentally dropped them all in at once, causing drops of oil to splatter everywhere. They both screamed, Yeji louder than Seokjin.

"Yah! Yeji!" Seokjin yelled, quickly grabbing a spoon to stir the potatoes. Her cheeks flushed red as she apologized.

"My cooking skills aren't looking too hot right now," She said, standing back from Jin as he worked the rest of his magic.

While Seokjin cooked, Yeji took the phone and headed over to the counter. She lifted herself up on it and sat down, holding the phone in one hand and the edge of the counter in the other.

"I should've became a chef instead of an idol," She joked, turning the camera around to Seokjin.

"If you were a chef, you'd have no choice but to become an idol. You'd light every kitchen on fire," Seokjin deadpanned, causing Yeji to die of laughter.

The meal only took about fourty minutes to cook. Once it was completely finished, Yeji took to decorating the plate. She put a spoonful of potatoes on two plates, then used the extra sauce in the pan to drizzle on top of the potatoes. Afterwards, she garnished each plate with the vegetables she had cut earlier.

"You might want to get this on video," She called over to Jin, who was checking himself out in front of the screen, "I'm redeeming myself over here."

He brought the phone over, focusing on the plate she had set up. The flash on the phone lit up the plates, showing off just how delicious it all looked.

Suddenly, Yeji grabbed the phone, focusing the back camera on her face. "Everyone, how did I do?"

Comments began flooding in, but the only one Yeji seemed to agree with was the one that said infinity out of ten.
