Jang Yeji was the final member added into BTS (BANGTAN SONYEONDAN 방탄소년단). She originally joined to debut in the group that would be known as Glam.
Her positions in the group are as followed: Maknae, Main Rapper, Sub Vocalist. Some fans consider her a Sub Dancer as well.
She was born in Itaewon, South Korea. She would live there until she was three years old, where she would later move to Australia. At age ten, her family, which consists of her mother, father, and sister, would move back to South Korea and settle in Seoul.
Growing up, she was inspired by artists such as Sunny (소녀시대) and SiWoon (BABY V.O.X). Yeji has stated in a 2017 interview with Billboard that her earliest memory as a child was watching a BABY V.O.X stage on the television in her living room.
