The new dragon rider(Heather x male reader)

Whilst the humans were interrogating Y/n, Reaper was in the stables with the other dragons. Windshear and Meatlugg were resting up. Storm fly, Toothless, Hookfang, Barf and Belch were seemingly mimicking their riders, interrogating the skull fury.
Hookfang:You bastard! How dare you knock me into the ocean!
Barf:You knocked us into rocks!
Belch:Yeah!
Toothless took up the role of as leader much like Hiccup.
Toothless:Alright everyone back off!
The dragons have no choice but to listen as Reaper growls menacingly. This growl scares Meatlugg as Toothless once gets closer.
Toothless:We are friends here. You don't have to be on guard all the time.
Reaper:Says you. You all had the comfort of living on Berk for most of your time while me and Y/n had to survive. I can't trust you.
Hookfang:Like we can trust you!
Hookfang pushes Toothless away and glares at Reaper.
Reaper:Back the hell away from me.
Hookfang:You don't scare me.
Reaper:If you don't get away from me then I will show just how powerful I really am.
Hookfang:Is this where I am supposed to be afraid?
Hookfang ignites with fire as Reaper growls.
Reaper:No, this is!
His back spine glows with a black fiery glow unlike anything they have seen and he let's out a roar that threatens to shake the island. The islanders all feel this and at once Y/n knows what it is.
Y/n:Reaper!
He dashes through the door, scaling the walls of the island at a speed the Vikings are unaware of. They all head to the stables where they see the sight of a full flame Hookfang squaring up to Reaper with a look that makes him imposing.
Snotlout:Hey! Control your dragon!
Y/n:Get your's to back off!
Hiccup is intrigued about what Reaper is doing, seemingly analysing how the Skull Fury is displaying more natural power than the night fury. Y/n steps into the conflict, leaping over the inferno that is Hookfang and standing in front of Reaper.
Y/n:Hey!
Despite his deafening roar, Reaper hears him. The dragon calms down after this.

The group are then split. Astrid takes Heather to have some girl time while Hiccup and Y/n are with their dragons in their main room. Hiccup wants to the chance to know his brother better. During this Toothless snoops through Heather's belongings, causing her father's horn to fall out of her bag. Hiccup notices that his father's seal is carved on her horn and begins to grow suspicious again.
Hiccup:Y/n look at this.
He shows him the horn that holds their father's seal.
Y/n:The hell is this?
Hiccup:I don't know but their is somebody that can help us. Follow me, we are going to Berk.
They mount up on their dragons and fly in the direction of Berk.

We now see Berk as the two land. Gobber runs up to Hiccup to ask for help with a group of Nadders when he sees Y/n.
Gobber:Is that-
Hiccup:Gobber meet Y/n. Y/n meet Gobber.
Y/n:Hi.
Gobber:Oh Stoick will be thrilled.
Hiccup:Yes. Let's hope so.
The pair make it to the grand Hall, going past the giant line of vikings. They notice that Hiccup is accompanied by a man that they have never seen before. Stoick sees his son.
Stoick:Hiccup! Good to see y-
He stops himself when he notices the man standing with his son. The man is intrigued, getting off his throne like chair and walking up to Y/n.
Stoick:Who are you?
Y/n:The name's Y/n. But I guess it is truly Y/n Haddock.
Stoick's eyes light up with life and he immediately grabs Y/n with a bone crushing hug.
Stoick:20 long years. I was beginning boy think that you were dead. My son.
Y/n doesn't know how to feel. The only parent he knew was a dragon that carried him from his home. This is his true father. A ruler. A chief. Like many that he has crossed fires with on the back of his best friend and dragonic brother. And yet, the man is showing him love.
Hiccup:Dad, as much as I like this family reunion. There is something we need to talk about.
Hiccup shows Stoick the horn.
Hiccup:Heather had this horn and said that her father gave it to you. But it has your chief seal on it. Does this mean that Heather is our sister?
Y/n has to hold himself from vomiting at the thought of Heather, a girl he has developed feelings for, being his own sister. Stoick thankfully tales this idea out of Y/n's head as he explains the full truth.

Meanwhile, Heather fails to convince the Riders to join her on a mission to hunt Dagur down. The Riders don't want to leave without Hiccup and Toothless, especially considering Toothless is the most powerful dragon in the academy as well as Reaper and Y/n after seeing their capabilities. Heather is disappointed by the lack of support and ends up guilt tripping Astrid. She and the Riders end up agreeing to come along as long as Heather promises that it is a capture mission and not a kill mission. Astrid decides to leave a map behind in case the Haddocks wants to find them.While Snotlout, the Twins, and Fishlegs act as diversions, trying to draw the attention to themselves, Heather and Astrid sneak aboard Dagur's ship and use 'the element of surprise' to take his men down, one by one. They eventually manage to capture Dagur and tie him up.

Despite her promise to Astrid, Heather tells her dragon to finish him off.Astrid tries talking her out of it but it is to no prevail. Heather still wants her revenge. Just as Windshear prepares to kill Dagur, Hiccup arrives at the scene and orders Heather to stop while Y/n shoots a plasma blast to daze Windshear in order to make sure the shot never fired. Heather remains determined to kill Dagur until Hiccup tells her the truth about her horn. He starts by explaining that it has his father's seal carved on it. Heather, surprised, asks him to elaborate. Hiccup ends up revealing that Heather is the daughter of Oswald the Agreeable, the chief of the Berserkers. This means that Dagur is her brother. Heather looks to Y/n for reassurance, an act that makes her question herself about why she did. Unfortunately for him, Y/n nods to confirm this fact.

Heather is stunned by the revelation of her identity. The rest of Dagur's ships soon being to arrive to reinforce the attack against the Riders. Dagur manages to break free from his ties and offers Heather to join him as he is the only 'family' she has left. Heather declines his offer and leaves with the Riders.

Later that evening, Heather is getting ready to leave the Edge with Windshear. Astrid tries talking her into staying but Heather explains that she needs some time alone to figure herself out. She is thankful to Astrid for her friendship though.
Y/n:So. You're leaving?
Heather turns to meet him and Reaper.
Heather:Yes, I need to be alone for a bit. I won't mention the island at all.
Y/n:I know but please, take this.
He gives her a medallion that has a dragon symbol on it.
Y/n:Keep this to remember me by.
Heather puts the medallion around her neck.
Heather:I will never forget you.
And like that she gets on her tip toes and kisses him on the lips before getting on her dragon. Hiccup arrives just before Heather flies off. He offers her a chiefly nod as a goodbye gesture. Once Heather has taken off, he turns to Astrid and tells her that he is sorry she is losing her friend. Astrid responds by pulling him close to her and telling him at least she still has him. She then motions her head towards his brother who is stood their shocked.
Hiccup:Are you ok?
Y/n:Huh? Yeah, I am fine.
Astrid:Where are you going to go now? Are you and the other dragons going to relocate?
Y/n:Actually, we are going to stay. I think this is much safer for us all and besides. I want to get to know my brother better.
And like that, the dragon riders have gained a seventh member and essentially an army of dragons.
