"Heejae, come get Kijae before I make our family one person smaller!", I shout out from my bedroom as I place the palm of my hand on Kijae's forehead. Meanwhile, he was trying to push through.

Jiseok was busy laughing his head off and recording us siblings bicker from behind me.

Heejae then comes along and grabs the hood of Kijae's hoodie, dragging him back to his room, "you need to finish this assignment or else you'll be held back a year!", she shouts out, slamming his bedroom door closed followed by Kijae screaming his head off.

I roll my eyes as I shut my door closed too, locking it and turning back to Jiseok and walking over to him, taking a seat on the floor across him and crossing my legs one over the other, "I'm so sorry about Kijae, he does this everytime I bring a friend over."

"It's funny, don't worry about it.", he charmingly smiles at me as he organizes some papers on the floor, then pointing to the whiteboard with our presentation plan on it, "why don't you write something down real quick?".
I nod my head as I grab a marker from the floor, then sliding the whiteboard closer to me as I begin to write down what Jiseok was saying.

Few hours later and it was now nine in the evening and all the buses were out of service so Jiseok basically had no way of getting home.

"Jiseok," I call out, him humming in response as he raises his head up, "Why don't you join my family for dinner and stay over tonight? You can borrow some of my brother's clothes and I'll go with you in the bus to your place first thing in the morning?"

Jiseok them places a spiral notebook down on his lap as he slightly furrows his eyebrows at me, "are you sure?", he asks, "I don't want to bother your family."

"Trust me, you won't.", I smile as I stand up from the floor and unlock my door, then heading over to the railings to the open ceiling where the kitchen was. Jiseok follows behind me and leans over the railing.

"Mom!", I call out with a smile. She stops cutting up carrots and looks up to the railing, smiling at us and waving.

"You guys alright?", she asks as she places the sharp knife down and washes her hands, drying them with a cloth.

"Is it alright if Jiseok stays over for tonight and joins us for dinner?", I say, "all the buses are out of service and he lives pretty far away.".

"That's fine with me", she smiles, "I'll have Kijae lend him over some clothes, your friend should fit in them either way but it might be a big baggy."

Jiseok then looks at me with wide eyes, "did your mom just call me small or is your brother really tall?"

"Kijae's almost a solid 5"11, and he's still growing."
