"Minjae," Heejae sighs as she peeps her head into my bedroom as I sat on my bed scrolling on my phone, "we'll be leaving for dad's death anniversary today."

"What time are we going to his grave?", I ask as I invite her in by patting an empty spot on my bed. She shrugs her shoulders as she comes in.
"Have no idea," she mumbles, "Do you have anything important on tomorrow?"

"Just this test I'm not bothered to study for", I point at my open textbook beside me. It had a few notes written on the page and a few lines were also highlighted, "Why?"

"Was just going to ask if you'd like to hangout. Just us two," she smiles. I nod my head as I smile back.
"Want to go shopping? There's a new shop in the mall in city center."

"As long as I'm away from Kijae, I'm happy to go anywhere.", she laughs as she gets up from my bed and heads over to the door.

"I'd suggest getting ready now, mom's already in the shower so we'll probably be leaving when she's ready.", she says before leaving my room. I sigh deeply as I stare at a framed photograph on my bedside table.

It was the last family photo we took before my dad died.

We were all happy together wearing our formal wear infront of a white background. Since Kijae was only two when the photo was taken, he was being held in my father's arms while his other hand was rested on my shoulder. We all had wide smiles on our faces. We all didn't know that our dearest father would be crushed by wooden beams the next day..

I then felt tears coming and in that moment I didn't even grab a tissue to dry them. Instead I grabbed my phone and dialed the first person I thought of.

The phone rang a few times but, as usual, they answered pretty quick.

"Seungmin..", I call out in a sad tone.
