"It'll be entreés, main, then dessert from right to left on those tables," Eunmin says as she points to the right side of the hall, telling the food caterers where to put the food trays, "There are signs to where the food should be, but if there are any problems just give me a shout."
On the other hand, I was with the bartender setting up his little area by refilling the ice container, putting the alcohol bottles on the shelves behind the bar and drying the glasses.
Jiseok and Eunwoo were at the stage, teaching the DJ how to use the pad that controls all the lights.
There were also other employees from the catering service putting out paper plates and wooden utensils at the very end of each tables.
Eunmin then skips over to me with a wide smile, "This is going really well!"
"I say we make our own party planning service, because we are good at this.", I laugh as I leave the drying cloth on a metal bar near the sink, the bartender thanking me for helping as he continues to stock up his cocktail umbrellas.
"When are you leaving to get dressed?", Eunmin asks as we walk away from the bar, her checking if everything on her checklist is done.
"I'll leave as soon as the food caterers are gone so we can thank them, you know?", I smile as we make our way to Jiseok and Eunwoo.
"That should be everything then," Jiseok smiles as he points to a red button, "Just remember not to press this one, it'll disconnect the lights from this panel."
"Got it," the DJ smiles as Eunwoo and Jiseok leave his area to let him set up his laptop to his speakers, doing a test run.
"The hall already looks amazing," Eunwoo smiles, "and the food smells delicious,"
"One of those dishes has peanuts in them," Eunwoo frowns as she points her pen to Eunwoo's face, "so I better not see you going for that."
"Ok, ok! Damn!"
