Frieza stared as your body moved forward, you did not even flinch at the blood seeping out of the open wound on your hand. There was an odd stiffness to your form as you fought against the super Saiyan, almost as if your actions were not your own. None of the moves you used were any he had seen you use—though they seemed familiar—you also pulled your punches as you struck the unidentified Saiyan.

You flipped the boy's sword around in your hand, pointing it at him threateningly. Frieza's attention was drawn away from the battle at the entrance of several new people, he recognized a few from planet Namek. They were floating on the other side of the clearing, there were a lot more of them than he had expected to show up.

Switching his attention away from the newcomers, his eyes widened, the distraction had cost him. The Saiyan had his sword back and cut Frieza straight down the middle. Your fist cracked against the side of the Saiyan's skull, sending him flying away.

As Frieza's body fell to the ground, the electricity surging through your body made you spasm out of control. Your body hit the ground with a dull thump, the Saiyan grabbed a fist full of your hair; you threw your head back, hitting him in the gut. Using the remaining remnants of your control, you clamped down on your arm with your teeth. Blood seeped into your mouth as you tore out the small device from your wrist. Spitting out the horrid device, your body finally started to feel like your own. You panted, breath coming in short as you glanced at Frieza's dead body.

"Chi-Chi? What are you doing, get away from them!"

Your eyes drifted towards the woman standing before you, the emotions streaked across her face, that pierced through you. Your name was on her tongue and you finally recognized the face of your mother.

"Mum?" You hated how small your voice sounded, your hands shook as control came back to your body.

A familiar warmth spread across your body as you clung to your mother. The stranger was lingering close by, not trusting you in the slightest.

"Where the hell have you been?! You made me worried half to death!" Chi-Chi scolded, wagging her finger at you.

You flushed at her words, "I have been up in space..."

Chi-Chi grumbled at your vague answer, but chose not to push the subject any further; she directed her attention to the stranger, "Anyways who are you?"

The Saiyan was startled at the sudden attention, "Uh—that is a secret."

He was regarded with several cautious glances at his suspicious response; about the same as you were getting. Chi-Chi was more concerned with the blood streaming down your arm, using the edge of her dress to stunt the bleeding. You hissed through your teeth at the sudden contact, Chi-Chi pinched her brows in concern.

"Mom, who is this?" You stared at the kid cautiously edging closer to his mother—your mother; you were at a loss for the kid's name. He was someone you had known, he was your brother.

"Gohan, this is your sibling," Silence fell over the clearing, all of the gazes made your skin crawl.

Your voice was thick in your throat as you spoke, "Uh—hi?"

Gohan stared dumb-struck at the revelation that he had an older sibling he had never met. A blue-haired woman came really close to you, squinting at your appearance, "How old are you?"

"Uh—"

"They turned nineteen recently," Chi-Chi intervened, you slotted away that information, which was strange you thought you were younger than that.

"But Chi you are twenty-seven..." A short bald man piped up.

Chi-Chi's face turned pink as she quickly explained, "They are adopted."

"So not another half-Saiyan," A spiky-haired guy mentioned, off-handedly.

"Why were you even with that guy?" Baldie asked.

You rubbed your hands together nervously, a tremor in your hand, "Well... I was kinda incarcerated..."

"Incarcerated?!" Chi-Chi shrieked, making you flinch away from her.

"So you were Frieza's prisoner?"

"More like King Cold's but basically," You responded to Spike's question.

Blue drew nearer, bending down and picking up the device you had torn from your arm, "So this little thing made you go all crazy?"

"I would be careful, that thing hurts like a bitc—it hurts," Chi-Chi glared at your pitiful save.

"Anyways," The Saiyan spoke up, drawing everyone's attention back to him, "We should get going if we want to meet up with Goku when he lands."

A small part of your brain tingled at the name, he had mentioned it during his fight with Frieza as well. You forced your mind to blank before memories clouded, you took a breath following after your mother as the stranger led the way. Gohan was not-so-subtly watching you out of the corner of his eyes, you gave him a small smile and he quickly adverted his eyes.

It did not take long for you to reach the area by foot, the Siayan took out a strange capsule and threw it on the ground. You blinked as a large box came out of the smoke, glancing around warily the others seemed just as weirded out. He opened up the box and pulled out an orange can.

"I brought drinks, you can have one while we wait for Goku to arrive," The Saiyan spoke trying to alleviate some of the tension.

The blue-haired woman from before spoke up when no one moved, "I'll have one."

"Me too," Gohan quickly exclaimed, running forward to grab one. Chi-chi did not say anything as the woman went with your brother, you assumed it was okay if she did not try to stop him.

Gohan came scampering back with two orange cans in his arms, he held out one of them towards you, you quickly thanked him and took the beverage. Staring at the can for a long moment, you attempted to open it like the others had. You exerted too much strength while pulling up the metal that the tab was send flying. Without thinking you bit down on the top of the can, it let out a soft hiss as your teeth broke the surface. You pushed a bit of the metal down, making the hole bigger.

In the midst of your small celebration, you were startled by a pod crashing into the ground nearby, a man popped out with a cheer.
