Chapter 4.

"Welcome Dr. Lawliett" said Theo kindly as the alpha doctor approached our bed: "You already know Nick, my fiancé, but I wanted to introduce you again now that Nick is conscious."

"It's nice to see you again, Mr. Gold" Replied the other scary alpha, staring at me. "And it's nice to meet you too, Mr. Nick Gold, I'll be your obstetrician, so we'll see each other from now until your puppy is born...."

I think everyone is waiting for me to say something, but I can't I move even closer to Theo, clinging to him tightly, as I don't want to be separated from my alpha.

"Hey, it's all right" Theo whispers to me, realizing that I'm scared.

"I don't want to... He's here to hurt me... Please I don't want to..." I answer pleadingly, looking at my alpha.

Theo is silent, exchanging glances with the confused doctor on the other side of the bed.

"The doctor doesn't want to hurt you, I'm here by your side, do you think he would allow it? Come on, he's just going to check you and the puppy to make sure everything is okay, you can do it, can't you?" Theo tries to reassure me.

I prefer not to respond, clinging tightly to Theo. I just want that alpha to go away.

"Okay Nick, come on, we have to let the doctor examine you" Theo asks me gently: "It's going to be okay, I'm here... I won't let anyone hurt you ever."

I don't respond, still terrified, as I let Theo lay me down in a better way on the bed, still holding me, but allowing the doctor to touch my body.

A soft cry escapes my lips, as I feel the doctor grab the edge of my nightgown and lift it up, leaving my abdomen and legs exposed.

"No, Nick, don't move... It's okay, it's all right, relax..." Theo asks me, holding me a little more firmly.

"No, Nick is just throwing up... A lot" replies Theo with concern.

"It is normal at this stage of pregnancy, but I will prescribe some herbs that might help with it, hopefully when his health improves the vomiting will be less. Now I am going to continue with his genitals..."

"Genitals?" I asked startled, looking up to see Theo.

Theo just looks at me but doesn't say anything, holding me tighter, looming that I was going to get a little nervous.

My attention cannot continue on Theo, as I feel the cold hands of the doctor, who pulls down my underwear, making me scream in panic.

"Nick, I'm here, I'm with you, nothing is going to happen to you..." Theo whispers to me, trying to reassure me.
