Today was so much better than yesterday.

Finally flying back to Los Angeles with Aaron makes my heart definitely more happier.

I nudged him as we sat at the airport to see a few fans standing in front of us with huge smiles.

"Sorry to bother you, but can we take pictures with you guys?" The girls grinned widely as we looked up surprised.

"Uh, yeah. Sure," I smiled up at them.

They beamed as they took selfies with both of us and we followed their social medias as a bonus.

I smiled at the description for one of the pictures they posted.

"Aaris is real! @irissssssxscott @AaronCarpenter"

We finally boarded our plane, more exhausted than the average person as we slept the whole way, my head leaning on his shoulder.

I have major jet lagg.

Suddenly I felt my phone vibrate, waking me up.

Yoooo! What time you flying in? Are you still planning on staying with me or Cam?

I thought about it before I texted him back.

Isn't Cam visiting his fam? Hehe that rhymed.

I smiled at my stupid attempt at rhyming.

Oh yeah, I forgot Sierra was home. So my place? You can finally meet Bernieee 😁

Who's Bernie? Oh yeah, his dog that he's obsessed with.

From: Iris

Yaaaaa. We get in at 4, you picking us up?

I look over at Aaron as he peeks one eye open at me.

"What's up?" I ask him as I lay my head on him.

"You. You're what's up."

"Hey, Matt texted me. We're staying with him since Cam is at home visiting family."

"Okay, sounds good."

As we stepped into the once familiar LAX, I spotted Matt with a leash in his hand right away.

"Yo! Say hi to Bernie!" He waved the leash at us as the dog barked and several people glared at him.

"Hi Bernie," I smiled at he dog and scratched behind his ear as he licked my hand.

"Are you okay? You know, after the funeral and everything?" Matt asked with concern.

"Yeah. Other than my mom making a complete fool of herself showing up."

"That was stupid," Aaron agreed, "you should meet my mom, she would love you."

"It's true, Becky is a second mom to everyone," Matt agreed.

"We should go to your home town sometime," I mentioned to Aaron.

"Yeah, some good ol' WAFFLES and CHICKEN," he emphasized with a huge grin.

"Waffle king," I laughed.

"Alright, let's keep it movin people," Matt said as he linked arms with Aaron and I.
