The Boy with the Vans

Chapter 7

-Iris POV-

As I got back to Melissa and my room I opened the door to see her spin around in a desk chair saying "I've been expecting you Iris"

I laughed and she spun around super fast and gave me the tell-me-everything look.

I told her everything, the kiss, the awkward hug, and how I promised we would meet up again.

She smiled at everything, her eyes getting wider every second.

She finally said "so is it official?"

"I don't really know.. I just said we would meet again and it'll take place from there I guess."

She squealed "I totes need to think of ship names!"

"Alrighty then.." I shrugged.

-Melissa POV-

Iron? Aaris? I don't know. it's like impossible to find a ship name for them. Maybe I'm better off by going "Iris and Aaron sitting in a tree, k i s s i n g. "

She shrugged.

"What's wrong?" I questioned.

"Well... I don't know.. am I ready for another boyfriend after you know.. what happened..?"

"Yes, you need to get that negativity out of your life and move on." I said with no doubt.

"But.. I loved him and he used me.. how do I know Aaron's not going to use me for fame?" she sighed.

"Aaron using you for fame? Dude no. Aaron is the sweetest guy out of everyone at our own high school! I highly doubt you he's not going to use you. From the looks of it he really likes you." I said matter of factly.

"Okay, thanks Mel." she smiled.

"That's what best friends are for." I chuckle.

"Also for this" she said as she pushed me out of my revolving chair and started spinning.

"I will get you back!" I shriek.

She giggled as she jumped on one of the beds and acted as if she was fake snoring.

"Haha very funny." I said throwing the pillow at her.

"Let me sleep in peace woman!!" she muttered into the pillow.

I giggled as I got on the opposite bed and turned off the lamp. Goodnight world.

-Aaron POV-

I woke up to a hard smack in the face. I wiped off the whip cream and glared at everybody laughing.

"Haha, very funny. I'll get you guys next time." I said slowly standing up.

I checked my phone and I saw a text from Iris that made me smile.

--From: Iris<3 --

Good morning sunshine. ;D meet me by Room 245 at 10 and you can meet my friend Mel. the other guys can come to! Xx

I replied to her almost too quickly telling her I would bring the gang.

I grabbed a pair of clothes from my suitcase and took a long shower.

After I brushed my teeth the guys and I went to the elevator without being seen by any other fans.

As the elevator slowly dinged when it hit floor 2 I hesitated walking out.

We all peeked around the corner - no other people in the hallway. then I heard talking and a door open.

"Mel, not now." Iris pleaded.

"Yes now!" some girl replied.

"Ugh, fine." she said.
