Peter Rabbit's Big Adventure

Mr. McGregor's garden

It wasn't long before the young rabbits arrived at the gate of Mr. McGregor's garden, and there was also a large crate that had some writing on top. Mopsy: "What does it say?" Peter: "Oh uh... well... it says... 'To Zanzibar' of course." said Peter, before his ear droops again as he doesn't really know where the crate will go as he can't really read human letters yet. Cottontail: "Who's Zanzibar?" Peter: "It's not a who, it's a where... it's somewhere on the other side of the world... I think." Benny: "Hey... I smell carrots in it." Flopsy: "Really?, let me see." said Flopsy, before she and the other two girl rabbits opened the box a little and see that there were indeed carrots in it. Mopsy: "Now what are carrots doing in this box?" Peter: "Maybe Mr. McGregor puts them in there to ship them to Zanzibar." Benny: "So... does that mean we can take this box?" Peter: "Nah, the girls can have them, you and I will get our own carrots in the garden." Flopsy: "But Peter, what if Mr. McGregor shows up and tries to make a pie out of you like he almost did the last time you were here?" Peter: "Don't worry, I'll be fine as Benny will be with me, and I'm strong enough to handle that old farmer." said Peter, before his ear droops again. Peter: "Anyway, you girls just stay in there and wait till we get back." said Peter, before he and Benny went off into the garden, leaving the rabbit sisters behind, inside the carrot crate. The two male rabbits were enjoying the carrots and lettuce of the garden so much, they didn't noticed that Mr. McGregor (voiced by Jeff Bennett), and his cat, saw them and were slowing coming up behind them. Flopsy took a peek out of the crate and sees the farmer and his cat coming closer to her brother and cousin. Flopsy: "Oh no!, Peter!, Benny!, run!" Benny: "Hey Peter, I think your sister's calling ya." Peter: "I know that... what is it sis?!" Flopsy: "Look out!, Mr. McGregor and his cat!, they're right behind you!" Peter: "Oh come on, you think I would fall for that?" Flopsy: "It's not a trick!, run!" Benny: "Peter... I think your sister's telling the truth." Peter: "Oh don't be silly, if Mr. McGregor and his cat were here, I would have sensed them already, and I can handle both of them with my eyes closed." said Peter, before his left ear drooped again. Mr. McGregor: "I got ya this time, ya little rabbit thief!" Peter: "Uh Benny... did you say that?" Benny: "No..." Peter: "Then that mean... Mr. McGregor!" Benny: "And his cat!" yelped the rabbits, before the cat made an angry hiss and getting ready to pounce. Peter: "Run!" cried out Peter, before he and Benny ran off to a watering can, trying to hide from the farmer and his cat. Benny: "Peter... what are you waiting for?, go and fight them." Peter: "What?" Benny: "You said that you can handle both of them with your eyes closed." Peter: "I did?... oh yeah... but I can't do that and keep ya safe at the same time." Benny: "Well you don't have to stop on my account." Peter: "Oh no!" Benny: "What's wrong?" Peter: "The girls are in trouble!" said Peter, as he sees that the mailman came to the mailbox and took the mail, and the crate of carrots as well. Peter was so focused on the mailman, he didn't noticed that Mr. McGregor and his cat see him and Benny in the watering can. Mr. McGregor: "Ah ha, there you are!" Peter: "Oh no!, Benny come on!" said Peter, before he and Benny jumped out of the watering can and escaped from the garden, leaving Mr. McGregor shouting at the rabbits to stay out of his garden. Benny: "Wow... that was close..." Peter: "Never mind that, the girls are gone!, that mailman is taking them to who knows where!" Benny: "They're off to Zanzibar, you said that's where the crate was gonna go." Peter: "I did?, oh yeah, then we need to get there quick." said Peter, before he and Benny went off to follow the mailman in hopes to get the girls back.
