"What is he doing here?" I asked in disbelief. Luke looked at me, a confused look on his face, and then turned his head and let out a sigh when he saw Calum as well.

"Do you want me to tell him to leave?" Luke asked with concern in his eyes. I took a second to think about it, but then decided it'd be best to just ignore him and hope he left without interacting with us.

I shook my head, "No, he's probably just stopping by for a bit, maybe he's just here to just pick up Michael. Do you want to go to my room, I can't stand to see his face."

"Neither can I," Luke said, letting out a laugh before he took a sip of his beer. There was clear anger visible on his face, that assured me that he felt the exact same way I did. He was trying not to show how upset it had made him.

We both got up and made our way to my room, leaving behind the remaining guests. My room was quiet and peaceful and it finally hit me how tired I truly was. "I'm so tired," I told Luke as I made my way to the bed. I sat down and patted the space next to me, motioning for him to take a seat with me.

"How did all of this start?" Luke said as he made his way to the bed.

"What?"

"The Calum and you feud," Luke said, letting out a laugh.

"Erin. She got stupid drunk, threw up all over his shoes, and somehow I ended up being the one that got harassed until he finally got a new pair."

"So all of this was over shoes?"

"Yes! He wouldn't stop bothering me, and now he is the person I hate most in this world," I said, letting myself fall back on my bed.

"All because of some shoes?" Luke asked again, letting out a chuckle before letting himself fall on the bed as well. We both turned our heads to look at each other and couldn't help the laughter that overtook us.

"Now that I think about it, it is the dumbest beef ever. I'm embarrassed now," I laughed. "Also, I'm realizing how easy things would've been if I had just given him new shoes the moment he asked, or the money. I'm just so stubborn sometimes."

"He is a dick. I'm sure if he had a better attitude you would've done things differently."

"You're right! It's all his fault," I laughed.

Luke and I spent some time talking, and somehow we had both ended up falling asleep. I woke up at around four in the morning, with Luke's arm around me and I could feel my cheeks burning up right away. I slowly got up from the bed, doing my best to not wake him.

I debated on what I should do, and decided it was best to wake him, since he was supposed to work today in a few hours. "Luke," I said, shaking him until he woke up. His eyes were confused when they opened and then realization hit him.

"Did we fall asleep?" He said with a light laugh.

"Yes, I don't even remember how. We were talking and then next thing I know I'm waking up," I laughed, shaking my head.

He laughed softly, "I should get going, I have a client later in the day, need to be well rested."

I walked with Luke out of my room, and we made our way to the front door of the apartment. "Thank you for coming," I said as I gave him a hug.

"Thanks for letting me borrow your bed for a bit," Luke joked. "I'll see you Monday."

"Drive safe. Text me when you get home," I said as I watched him walk over to his car. I finally closed the door, locked it, and then started to make my way to my room.

"Lovely couple," a voice said and my eyes quickly made their way to the couch. It was facing the opposite direction so I had completely missed him.

"Why are you here?" I said as I walked over to a light switch and turned on the lights.

"Was supposed to pick up Michael but he asked me to give him just five more minutes with Erin. That turned into two hours."

"Why didn't you leave?" I asked but got no answer. I made my way over to where he was and stood in front of him, crossing my arms over my chest as I waited for an answer.

"Free beer," Calum said as he took a sip of the beer he held in his hand.

"Great. Well, you know where the door is, you can let yourself out." I began to turn towards my room but I was stopped as Calum's hand wrapped around mine and stopped me. "Let go."

"Is Luke your boyfriend?"

I looked down at him with confusion. "Why do you care?"

"I don't, I'm just asking," he said, and then took another sip of his beer. "Since you did just sleep with him, unless you like sleeping around with just any guy."

"What—what are you saying! You know what," I said, taking a deep breath as I tried to calm my anger. "I don't care about you enough to even be offended by that. I'm uninterested in wasting any more time with you. Let go so I can go to my room."

His grasp did not loosen and instead he got up and was now standing, looking down at me. "Why did you take him to your room?" He asked. His voice was quiet and soft, different from how it usually was when he spoke to me. His eyes were also soft as they looked intently into mine, traveling from my eyes down to my lips a few times.

"I don't—I don't have to explain myself to you," I said softly, electricity flowing through me as I felt his body get closer to mine, warmth radiating off of him.

"Why?" I was filled with absolute confusion, unsure what was going on. His voice was sad as he spoke, and so were his eyes as he looked into mine.

"I—"

"Can I kiss you?" My eyes widened as the words came out of his lips, and I stood frozen for what felt like an eternity, but it had only been a few seconds. Every single thought left my mind as he said those words, and all I could think about was him. About how soft his lips looked and how much I truly wanted to kiss him. Without hesitation I nodded and quickly wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him down closer to me.

Our lips met and this time was different from the other kiss. This time it felt right. We continued to kiss and he then led me to the couch, where he gently laid me and hovered over me. I felt the kiss deepen with every second that passed.

My hands made their way to his shirt, tugging at it with urgency. Our lips separated as he moved to quickly remove his shirt, exposing his torso. He gave me a smirk as he watched my eyes wander to his chest, and then he made his way back to kissing me. My hands traveled across his chest and then to his back, as I pulled him closer to me.

His hand then made its way to under my shirt and he slowly started to trace my bare skin, sending a jolt of electricity throughout my entire body.

But we were suddenly interrupted when his phone began to ring. He pulled away from me and took his phone out, his face then changed completely to one of guilt and right away I knew who it was.

"Disgusting," I said, as I pushed him off of me and quickly ran to my room.

Out of breath, I went straight to my bed, angry at myself for allowing that to happen. Although I wasn't very fond of his girlfriend, I couldn't help but feel incredibly guilty that I was helping a cheater cheat.

With all the guilt and anger, I couldn't help but smile a bit as I thought back to how his lips felt against mine. I shook my head, angry at myself for enjoying the kiss too much.

I hate you, Calum.
