I smiled as I arrived back to my room so insanely happy! I was thrilled to even think of this being true. Jack and I were courting! 

I jumped and giggled as I saw a hilarious sight. 

Jack was climbing the tree outside my window and doing his best to climb up and over my balcony. 

I giggled and ran out opened the balcony door and helped him to climb over, "Hi,"

"Hi," He smiled,

"I'm so happy," I smiled almost crying as I wrapped my arms around his torso, 

"Awww darling, I am too." He cooed, wrapping his own around me too, "I can barely begin it's real."

"I can't either. It really is true, we're courting."

"We are, somehow... it makes you look even more beautiful, to know we are courting that... you'll be my wife soon."

"Not too soon."

"I know, I know six months," He nodded, "I shall save the date," he smiled rubbing his nose on my own, "As soon as six months from this night have passed I will come to your father and ask for your hand,"

"You will? Honest and true?"

"Honest beyond any doubt my darling," he smiled, "You know I'd take you to the moon and back and thousand times just to make you happy. I can wait six months... Impatiently." He smirked connecting our lips in a sweet passionate kiss, I happily kissed him back feeling our usual sweet fireworks, "I've wanted to do that all night."

"I have to," I smiled, "I have wanted to kiss you and hold you close but the touch of your hand is all Father will allow."

"I know, but I am thrilled at the touch of your hand, if that is all I can have I will enjoy it. You know I'd do more... if we could."

"I'm sure you would," I giggled, "You did very well,"

"I did?"

"Father was very impressed, and I admit you look very handsome."

"Aww I did my best to clean up for you darling, You look... mesmerising."

"Thank you, I do hope your father likes me,"

"He does I know he does, he likes you and he's thrilled to see me so happy."

"Good, I don't exactly want my future father-in-law to hate me."

"I mean... he'll hate you a little bit," I giggled, "just the right about."

"I hope so."

 "But you should go I don't want you to get in trouble."

"True, we only just got permission to court, don't want to break the rules on the first day." He laughed, "But just allow me one more kiss? before I go?"

"One more kiss Jack," I smiled sweetly kissing his soft lips he caressed my cheek 

"Goodnight my darling,"

"Goodnight Jack, sleep well,"

"I will, with dreams of you. I'll see you as soon as I can."

"I will be waiting... impatiently"

"That's a girl," he smiled kissing my forehead, "I adore you, you know that don't you?"

"I adore you too." I smiled, "be careful on your way,"

"I will be, just for you." He smiled before he climbed down and blew me a sweet kiss so I blew him a kiss back before he disappeared into the darkness.
