"Soo, what's with "Mr. Chauhan"?" Akriti looked at him trying to process his questions and soon it clicked her and she smiled at him giving him a knowing look.
"Ummmm, you know if you want me to become Mrs. Singhania, I guess you would have to become Mr. Chauhan." Akriti said looking straight into his eyes with a small smile on her face.
"And may I know the reason?" Raj asked her while surpassing a small smile, even though he would love that decision but he wanted to know her reason and somewhere inside him he had a feeling that she would not do it just because of some trend on social media.
"People know me as "Ms. Akriti Chauhan the owner of KM Industries" and it's my identity, my parents gave this name to me because they wanted me to be full of courage and self confidence, they always wanted me to be ambitious and curious of things and I don't want to leave this identity of mine I've carried it for 26 years of my life and I don't think so I am ready to change it. I am already going to leave my parents and my house, and on top of it leaving me surname I don't think so that I am that courageous." Akriti said in one go looking at Raj hoping for him to understand her.
