Chapter Twenty:Internships & Hero Names

Ari's Pov                     
I'm sitting in class it's been a few days since the Festival,afterwards Mom and I celebrated with Izu,Auntie Inko,Explody,Uncle Masaru,and Auntie Mitsuki.Explody was pissed but he behaved himself not wanting Mom to whoop his ass.Aunt Mitsuki was laughing he ass off about me finishing the fight by spanking Explody.Speaking of after the ceremony he had ta go to ta the nurse cause I kinda broke his tailbone,but she healed him....thankfully she didn't have ta literally kiss his ass and just kissed his lower back to heal it....I did apologize to her for that.Anyways right now we're just chilling waiting for Mr.Aizawa to arrive.......
Ashido:Hey Ari(I look at her)that was so cool when you used your Mom's Technique.
Kaminari:Yeah how are you even suppose to defend against that?
Jiro:*Rolls Eyes*Maybe by covering your ears.
Me:Nope(Everyone looks at me)even covering your ears won't do anything to stop it,it's basically unblockable which is why it's Mom's go to move.
[They're stunned and slowly nod]
Ojiro:So no matter what you'll be left defenseless.
Me:Well if you put something thick enough between you and it then you can block it,but otherwise pretty much.(They look at me and I look at Todoroki)Like I said Todoroki(He looks at me)my Mom could easily beat the Heroes Ranked above her.....she just doesn't give ah shit about ranking.(Their surprised)Honestly she and I both see it as stupid as hell,cause it makes people rely to much on certain heroes.....When in reality any hero can lose or win,it's basically just ah toss ta see i their quirk is ah good matchup.
[They're surprised and slowly nod,then the door opens and we all look seeing Mr.Aizawa coming into the room]
Tsu:Mr.Aizawa you don't have bandages anymore,that's good news *RIbbit*.
Aizawa:The old lady went a little overboard in her treatment,anyways we have a big class today on Heroes informatics.(Everyone seems nervous hearing that)You need Codenames,time ta pick your Hero Identities.
Everyone:*Excited*This is gonna be totally awesome!
[Mr.Aizawa glares at them and they immediately calm down]
Aizawa:This is related to the Pro Hero Draft Picks that I meanted the last time we were in class together.Normally students don't have ta worry about the draft yet,not until their second or third year actually.But your class is different,in fact by extending offers to first years like you Pros are essentially investing in your potential.Any offers can be rescinded if their interest in you dies down before graduation.
Hagakure:So what your saying is we'll still have to prove ourselves after we been recruited.
Aizawa:Correct.
Me:"Whelp RIP Explody"
Aizawa:No here are the totals for those of you who got offers.
[A screen pops up showing the offers,I have the most with 5,867 Offers ......and Izu got non.Everyone's surprised and those that didn't get any are sad,but notice Todoroki got more than Explody]
Me:Ha seems people don't wanna deal with your shit Explody.
[He gets pissed off]
Aizawa:Despite these results you'll all be interning with pros got it,even those that didn't get any offers.
Izu:Oh so we're all interning.
Aizawa:Yes you already got to experience real combat during the USJ Incident,but it'll still be helpful to see Pros at work.Up close in the field,first hand.
Sato:So that's why we need hero names.
Ochako:Things are starting to get a lot more fun.
Aizawa:These hero names will likely be temporary,but take them serious or....
[The door opens....]

Midnight:You'll have hell to pay later!
[We see her walk inside]
Me:*Tilts Head*Didn't you let Present Mic choose your Hero Name?
[Mr.Aizawa looks at me]
Aizawa:......Yes and I will want to know how much Aaliyah has told you about when we were in school together.
Me:Get comfy then it's ah lot.
[He seems annoyed hearing that]
Midnight:What you pick today could be your codename for life,you better be careful or you'll be left with something utterly indecent.
[Everyone looks at her]
Me:"That has ta be the most ironic thing I've ever heard"
Aizawa:Yeah she has a good point,Midnight is gonna have final approval over your names.It's not my forte.The name you give yourself is important it helps reinforce your image and helps show what you represent.
[They start passing white boards back,I take one and hand one back to Yaoyorozu,before writing my hero name down]
Me:Done.
[Everyone looks at me and I stand up heading up to the front of the classroom]
Midnight:That was fast.
Me:I had this picked out since I was little so *Shrugs*(I show it)-The Royal Hero,Sin-
[Their surprised]
Midnight:*TIlts Head*SIn why would you choose that?
Me:Hmm....well when I was little my Mom would tell me stories of a great man named 'Sinbad' who travelled the world and along his way formed friends,founded his own country,& using his influence helped the world reach a genuine state of peace.WIth him as their shining symbol of hope.(Their surprised)I wanna be like that,a symbol which puts the people's worries at easy,who stands tall regardless of the challenges I face,who will fight with all I have to protect people.....so that's why.
[I look at her and she seems stunned hearing this,before smiling]
Midnight:Well then I think that's a excellent choice with a exceptional reason and cause behind it.
[I smile and head back to my seat]

Aaliyah's Pov                   
I'm walking back to the office after stopping by Ari's class,I didn't go in but I did her his Hero Name and why.I can help but tear up smiling at what he said."Sin.......even tho you've never meant him,you're still inspiring Ari to become a just like how you were.......I hope one day you can finally meet your son"I enter the office and sit down just happy hearing Ari's taking after his father.......
