"I love you baby girl." As soon as the words left my lips I was scared, but I couldnt show Erin any fear I needed to remain strong for her if we were going to escape successfully.

Protruding from out of the bushes I made sure I was quiet for the guards were still facing the opposite way and it wouldn't be hard for me to easily sneak up on them and take the both of them out I raced up behind both of them taking them into a tight headlock the both of them clawed at my arms struggling to get free with hopes of this not being their last breath, but they were sadly mistaken because my adrenaline was racing all this extra strength I had gained I don't know where it was coming from but I knew that it was a life saver

"CHRES!" Erin loudly yelled "You can let go now! They're gone." Her tone was shaky and I knew it would only be a matter of time before she started crying

I looked down and saw the guards body's laying lifelessly in my strong embrace I loosened up my grip letting the bodies fall to the ground with a loud thud I managed to look up at Erin and not an ounce of remorse was in my body.

"You can't keep killing people like this I know you don't feel anything for it now but eventually you will and its going to hit you like a ton of bricks and It will destroy you."

"Don't talk like that Erin." I mumbled "I'm doing this all f-"

"Stop saying that!" She yelled "you're doing this for yourself! Did you notice that you didn't even need my help that YOU specifically asked for?"

"Things happen." I simply responded "let's just go before someone else comes."

"Right." Erin scoffed "Let's get out of here before someone sees the monster you've become."
