36. The confrontation

"What fucking game do you think you are playing?" Naina yelled while holding his collars tight.

"Naina what are you doing?" Ayaan interrupted coming in front of them. Naina paid no attention to him. Her attention was fixed on Aryan. "Leave Ayaan." Aryan declared. His face emotionless and fixed on Naina. "But Aryan- " I said leave Ayaan." This time Aryan raised his voice. Ayaan said no more. He just left from that place.

"I asked you something Mr. Aryan Khan?" Naina yelled. Aryan sighed and Naina released his collar. "Can we just talk calmly Naina." Aryan said. "What. Calm? You want me to calm. After what you did how can you expect me to calm Aryan." Naina said. "Naina look. It was not my fault." Aryan said helplessly. "Stop acting innocent. You have forced him to do this. That was all pre planned between your father and you." Naina said with gritted teeth. "It's a business between us Naina. It will be better if stay out of it." Aryan said folding his hands over his chest.

"For you my father is in the hospital. And you are asking me to stay out of it. You have forced my father Aryan. You have threatened him to sign it or you have said that you will snatch our job and home. Who do you think you are?" Naina yelled.

"Look it's not my fault that your father is in the hospital. And I have made the deal with Mr Aditya Malhotra, not your father Naina." Aryan said.

"You are playing with the words Aryan. I don't know what internal family problem we have. But how low you could be? I never thought this of you." Tears rolled down form her eyes uncontrollably. "In the name of a business deal you are ruining my life too. You said you loved me right. Huhh. How more stupid I can be? Love? Well it's a foreign word for you right. Or a foreign feeling. You never loved anyone. So you never respect the feeling. You don't know how does it feel to love someone. You never know what love is. You are always so proud about yourself. Say it's your popularity in school or it's your family status. Your work comes first over everything. If that means ruining someone else's life also. The thing is that you don't think about others. You don't know how other people feel. How will you feel? You need a heart for that Aryan. And you don't have one. You were always selfish about yourself, your career and--"

Naina was interrupted when Aryan pushed her against the wall and caged her between him and the walls. Naina was breathing heavily due to their sudden closeness. Her confidence was lost. She was feeling numb due to the proximity.His breath mixing with hers sending her chills down her nerves. She can't directly look into his brown orbs anymore. He was affecting her.

"Stop it. Just stop it. You have spoke enough for the night Naina. Now I'll speak and you will listen. Firstly I'm not the one who did all this. It was my father. I'm not the head of our company. It is still my father. He has every right to do this. I tried my best to stop him but I'm helpless. He is still the ultimate power.

And secondly stop blaming me. In this case you are the selfish one. You were always selfish about your career and that's why you've always pushed away your feelings. You are the one who doesn't know how you feel. You were so indulged to reach your goals that you were blind to see how other people actually feel. And what you were saying I haven't love anyone? And about me loving you. Right? Have you ever given me the opportunity to love you. No. Never. Because you were just making up your career ignoring how others feel. You are the one who is selfish about her career. And in the process of doing that you are hurting others. You don't know how others feel. You don't know how I feel Naina."

Aryan moved futher towards Naina and joined his forehead with his. Both breathing heavily.

"And lastly. You are stuck with me for this life. You are mine. You are meant to be mine. And you will marry me Naina. You will."

With this Aryan closed his eyes and kissed her forehead lightly. Naina closed her eyes feeling the softness of his skin on her skin. When Naina opened her teary eyes. And her eyes couldn't find Aryan. He is gone.
