Chapter 14 - Amends

You went back to your dormitory and you barged right into the door, surprising Lily, Mary, and Molly who were chatting.

"<Y/N> what happened?!" Lily asked. "Why are you so sweaty?"

"Molly get her water to drink!" Lily told Molly while Mary were helping Lily to calm you down.

"Okay I got it! I'm fine okay!" You shouted in agony.

All of them seems so surprised.

"...I'm sorry. Something just, happened to me." You said, feeling guilty of what just happened.

"Wanna talk about it? Would be nice to know why." Mary added.

"It's just..Tom."

All of them seems to be more interested to know about this topic.

The three of them looked at each other in agreement and Lily said, "Indulge us."

You started to explain what happened earlier, but you cut out the part where he got close to you and the part where he used his Legilimens on you.

—————After 15 minutes of explaining—————

"I despise him for what he said to me, but moreover I despise him for doing that to you, especially wanting you to say something that is yours to share, not anyone else's." Lily said.

"Stay away from him will you?" Mary added.

"You're a magnet for problems aren't you

"He's my potions partner for God's sake! How will I even get away from his gaze?" You replied.

"Just don't talk to him at all." Molly added and you nod.

Your expression went blank for a second and you got up and took a shower.

You thought to yourself while showering that maybe now is the best time to kill him. But you had other thoughts as well.

<Y/N>'s POV

"I should kill him now should I. For God's sake <Y/N>, just do it! Why can't you just end it for once and for all. Pluck up the courage, get your wand, and kill him. Why is it so hard for me to do so?! Just..."

Suddenly, you could hear a familliar voice calling you, but it was like it's a echo. A quiet muttering.

"Kill me."

You heard him saying it and you turned around in shock, but to your surprise, nobody was in the bathroom except you, but you could still the voices.

"Why can't you kill me? Kill me."

You heard the echoes again, echoing through your mind, you heard a short, brief, but psychotic laugh.

You became anxious and you decided to leave your shower quickly and you wore your pajamas.

You told Lily, Mary, and Molly about the incident but they all gave you the same answer.

"We didn't see anyone come out and in the dormitory."

You actually started to question if your sanity is still intact because of the whole time travel stuff.

You decided to go down to the common room, and you could see the marauders downstairs.

They were talking about something when suddenly you interrupted them by walking pass them.

Sirius's face lit up in excitement and went to greet you.

"<Y/N>! How are you?" He asked

"I'm good, been better." You replied

You thought to yourself, why not try to get closer to Sirius instead, it could take your mind off Tom.
