Ever since that incident occurred, I haven't attended school. I've isolated myself inside my home. I made the decision to distant myself from Nick because I can't live a life of delusion while he's into someone else. So I decided to let go of my one-sided love.

One week later:
"I love you so much Elina, I can't imagine my life without you, you're the only girl I adore. "I love you mo-" A sudden beam of light struck my face. It was all a dream, I realised when I woke up. "Ahhhh not again! He's not leaving me, not even in my dreams. He's chasing me everywhere!!! Ahh whatever, you need to move on from him, he belongs to someone else moreover you've your studies ahead!! Why can't you get this simple thing?" I murmured to myself.

After sometimes I got freshened up and switched on the TV. Suddenly my phone rang, I looked at the screen and it was my mom. I don't live with my family, I'm currently studying abroad to improve my academic performance. My parents sent me to Italy cause the genuinely care about my education. I'm a single child so their all expectations are on me.
On call:
"Elina I got a call from your principal." He told me that you're absent from past one week. Is everything alright my child?"
Being heartbroken I completely forgot about my studies. I answered to mom, "I've got fever mumma so I'm unable to attend school for a week. I'm well now, so don't worry. I'll attend my classes from tomorrow." I felt guilty for lying to my mum. I've never lied to my parents. To them, I've always been an obedient child. Mom seemed a little worried after hearing about my illness. I assured her I would take good care of myself. After sometimes she hung up the call. "I've to let go of everything and keep my focus only in my studies from now on" I thought in my mind. I stood up and turned to go to the study room just when I heard a doorbell. "It must be the kids in my neighborhood, these little piece of shi!s won't let me live peacefully." Stumping my legs I made my way to the door. While opening the door aggressively, I shouted, "You little brats why you always bother me, can't yo-". To my utter surprise it was someone else.
