Aurora didn't sleep that night. She had the same dream again, and she was too scared to sleep. The man was plaguing her dreams, and not in a good way.

She made her way down to the common room, being the first one up. Her hair was pulled into two pigtails. Her face bare, with no makeup.

A lot of the girls, like Lavender Brown would wear makeup, and although the girls where pretty, Aurora didn't see the point.

She also didn't know how to do it, as Petunia wouldn't be near her enough to teach her.

Aurora's strap from her bag was over her shoulder, her eyes looking around the common room. Her eyes set on the paper, Harry's face looking back up at her.

She grabbed it, looking down at it. Her jaw twitched as she read the lies they wrote about her brother.

Aurora sat down on the sofa, a small sigh escaping her lips. Today was there first official day back, and although she was happy, she was also worried.

Worried for Harry and the way people would treat him. She didn't care about the way she was treated, but when it came to Harry that was her main concern.

A hour passed and students started to come downstairs. There was excited chatter from the first years, as they all huddled together.

"Your up early". Neville said, a smile on his face as he walked down the stairs.

Seamus and Dean walked down the stairs. Dean sent Aurora a smile, as Seamus didn't glance at her.

Aurora looked at Neville, a sad look on her face. "He will come around and realise that it's all lies. Just give him time". He said softly.

Alfie stepped down, his eyes landing on Aurora. "Can we talk?" He asked.

Aurora looked at Neville as she stood up. "Should we go down?" She asked.

Neville nodded, a small smile on his face.

A hand grabbed her wrist, pulling her back. "Stop being fucking childish and talk to me". Alfie snapped.

Aurora turned to look at him, her eyes wide. "Excuse me?" Aurora asked.

"I said the wrong thing last night alright? But that doesn't mean I'm not allowed an opinion. Yes, you both have gone through so much in your life and I can't imagine what it's like, but I just think that maybe Harry was beyond grief that night and it all got to much for him and he blamed the one person you both hate the most in this world". Alfie explained. His grip was tight on her wrist and she knew he wouldn't let go anytime soon.

Neville stood quietly looking at the couple. He didn't know whether he should intervene or not.

"Get your hand on me now". Aurora whispered.

"Why won't you listen to me?" Alfie shouted.

"Let me go". She screamed loudly at him. Some people had started to get up, there eyes on the couple.

Alfie let go of Aurora, her hand immediately grabbing her wrist. She turned around, storming out of the common room.

Neville chased after her, his eyes soft. "Im sorry I didn't help". He said softly.

Aurora shut her eyes, her head hung low. "Don't apologise Nev...it's not your fault". She whispered.

As they walked to the Great Hall, he told her all about his summer. He told her about a new book that he got for his birthday, all about the different type of plants.

"Am I boring you?" He asked.

Aurora looked at him, a small smile on her face as she shook her head. "No.... I like how passionate you are about it. It's also helping me distract my mind". She answered softly.
